Managed by Wyndham and in the perfect location for shopping, restaurants, beach and boating. Once you've parked, you can walk to everything Thames Street has to offer. There is a mini kitchen and on site free laundry.

Because the Inn is relatively small and has some timeshare owners that own Saturday to Saturday and your reservation crosses that time, although rare, you may need to switch rooms. The staff will assist in the move if that occurs. I wanted to mention this just in case it happens. In the last 100 reservations, it happened 3 times.

Superb location, room could use slight improvements

We loved being in the middle of the hub of Newport. Could not get a better location! Room could use some improvements: cheap, paper thin toilet paper is unappealing, cheap paper towels, carafe in coffee machine is the wrong size for the machine, it must have been replaced at some point. Bed was great, storage was great, kitchenette was great.

Clean apartment in great location

This property was very much as advertised. Clean, neat, well equipped and a great location. The rooftop deck was spectacular -- only downside was that it was only available until sundown. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Another fun stay in Newport

Love Newport ! Inn on the Harbor is a place we frequently stay. Perfect location in the middle of everything. The only rub is the sparse(but free) parking.

Great location

Great location on the water. Clean and comfortable with a great little kitchenette. Staff was nice but there was a snafu with the booking. We had to move out of the room we were in on the last night of the stay(not how I booked it through VRBO). That was kind of a hassle because we had to stick around until the other room was available to move into. The timing was hard as we had to hustle to vacate the room when they finally called us that the new room was ready. At that point they became a bit pushy. Kind of a clunky process. That being said, we were happy with the stay and would stay again if coming to Newport.
