The MAD MAHI is a charming waterfront condo featuring one bedroom (sleeps 4), one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private balcony. Experience paradise with festive island vibes and the warm glow of Marathon's local spirit. Guests can enjoy resort amenities such as a pool, Tiki bar, restaurant, pickleball, sand volleyball, and a Marina (slips, boat launch ramp & boat trailer parking). Situated in the heart of Marathon, it provides easy access to all the attractions the Keys have to offer.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Coastal inspired one-bedroom, one-bathroom located on the canal.
- Comfortably sleeps 4 people with a plush king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- Luxury bedding, bath towels, beach towels, and toiletries are provided for guests' comfort.
- Private balcony.
- Fastest internet available
- Plenty of free parking
- Laundry facilities on-site.

KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE:
- Kitchen with granite countertops and full-size appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, keurig and drip coffee machines.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation and service.
- Living room and bedroom both equipped with Smart TVs.

Everything was perfect and as described. Located near all the things we wanted to do especially the rental of pontoon boat right on site. Condo was clean and had all the things we needed for a beach day! We enjoyed the pool and bar! Kate was wonderful. Will definitely stay again!!

Our stay was very pleasant! Arrival and departure were prearranged which was so easy. The place was well stocked with necessities, well kept, and quiet. We enjoyed the tiki bar. Being centrally located, we visited the many local restaurants and sights. There is a grocery store nearby. We were able to rent a pontoon boat on site for the day - very convenient.Thank you, Kate, for following up to assure our stay met all our expectations from start to finish.

Fun in the Sun

Very nice room for two! Great pool and Tiki Bar with locals. Lots of great restaurants nearby! About 1 hr 15 minutes to key west without traffic. Would definitely stay again!!

Two great weeks at the Mad Mahi

This was an excellent casual place to stay. It was fun watching the action in the marina, and the pool and Tiki Bar were convenient and very nice. This was a great base from which to explore the Middle Keys.

Great vacation!

We found ourselves with some unexpected vacation time. This was a lovely, comfortable and clean location to stay and the host was very responsive. We particularly enjoyed mornings sipping our coffee while overlooking the boats in the canal.

Fishing trip with daughter

The property was very clean. Excellent communication from hostess. Perfect location from the pool, literally across the parking lot. Tiki bar was nice but expensive. There is a Walgreens and Publix grocery store right around the corner. Nice location to drive to other parts of the Keys. I would strongly recommend this location. Bring your own games, Yahtzee, cards, etc… this would have been nice to have during downtime at night, but this is at the bottom of anyone’s needs. Just a suggestion.

Everything perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mad Mahi in Marathon very much. The place was easy to find, very quiet and had everyhting we needed. The bed was VERY comfortable and we had breakfast on the balcony. It was just so quiet and peaceful and we liked it much better than staying at a hotel. Kate was very relyable and communication with her was great. Access to the place was contact less what we prefered. We totally recommend that place!!

The property was perfect location with great amenities. Close to everything and the drive to key west was perfect and beautiful!! The condo had everything we needed and more. The host was great she responded very quickly and gave good recommendations for food around the area. Will definitely stay here again!!

Awesome vacation

This is a perfect location to stay. Condo was super clean, the bed was super comfy & AC was perfect. Its close to local restaurants for breakfast/dinner and the grocery store is walking distance. We visited 4th of July weekend. Fireworks were awesome, tiki bar had great drinks/atmosphere. Definitely will be back here to visit.

Great getaway

Very cute condo. Clean, well kept. Pretty much everything you could need or want for a quick get away. Stayed with my 3 grandchildren. We had plenty of space. Pool was wonderful. Fun Place.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our group! The owner (Kate) was friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The location was central to everything we wanted to see in the in the Keys, and the pool with the tiki bar and live music was lots of fun. We’d definitely go back!

Nice quiet relaxing place.

Outdoor pool bar was fun and relaxing. Front desk staff was super nice. Host was helpful and nice. If you don’t mind looking at docked boats in the channel, from the front door, it’s a good place to stay. The view from the balcony is not so good. It’s only the parking lot and outside of pool area. Bedroom sliding door has thin white curtain, so it’s Not a dark room at anytime. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Super clean and comfortable stay!

We had a great stay at this clean and modern condo. The property manager was so helpful, even giving dinner suggestions (thanks…we loved barracuda’s!). Sombrero beach is a must and the on-site pool was an unexpected treat! We would definitely stay there again

First Time to The Keys

It was our first time to the Keys and picked Marathon due to its central location. The condo was as described and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. It was a great experience!

A nice place to stay with restaurant, pool & Tiki Bar on site plus a free pass to a private resort.

We had a nice stay however there is an AC unit in the bedroom that we needed to turn off at night bc it was so loud. Very comfy bed with a nice layout overall. One other complaint was there was construction going on during the week on the balconies and the loud construction noises started right at 8:30am.
