Located beachfront on Rincon's famous Sandy Beach. Newly furnished/remodeled, and featuring all the amenities: ✓ AC throughout ✓ Fast WiFi ✓ Full kitchen ✓ Quality towels & linens ✓ Gated parking for 2 vehicles ✓ Shared beachside pool ✓ Beach chairs & cooler

The master bedroom features a traditional king size bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds that are convertible into a quasi-king. By booking here, we’ll assume you prefer two twins (separated beds) unless you write at least 48 hours prior to your arrival that you prefer a quasi-king.

In summer, our waters tend to lay flat and are good for swimming and lounging. In winter, it's all about surfing; one of Rincon's best waves is literally in our backyard. A beach with year-round calm waters is just a 6-8 minute drive.

Note that we are located on the third floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, but it is occasionally shut down for maintenance. If you are unable to use the stairs, if necessary, please do not rent this listing.

Well although we were very happy with the place…Waking up to workers outside my window at 7:30AMand not being able to use the balcony sometimes (which was my fav) was not greatAlso the bathroom needed an update and toilet didn’t always work!

Great place, check in difficult

Beautiful as described in perfect location. However several management company concerns. 1) We did not the detailed email on where and how to get into the place. After a long drive from SJ we had a stressful and long delay getting in. 2) The AC in main room leaked water so we turned it off. 3) The remotes for the TVs did not work.

Beachfront Sandy Beach

The units were called Sandy Beach Apartments Rincon. The directions would have been easier if this was mentioned from the start. The unit was clean. The bedrooms and Baths were dated. The air conditioning in the master BR was loud and dated. The other BR had an updated AC unit but the band at the bar across the street was very loud ( until midnight). The mattress in both bedrooms need to be replaced. The beach was beautiful but more for surfing than swimming. New experience for us . It was a rental unit . I expected better for the price

Beautiful location, nice place

Great view, nice beds! Had everything we needed! Only small complaint - front bedroom gets noisy from bar across the street. Affected my teenage kids, not us oin beach side bedroom.

Rinco Family surf trip

The good: Great location, beautiful view, A/C excellent, beds and bedding comfortable, towels good, washer and dryer excellent, water pressure excellent and shower hot. TV’s and WiFi excellent Areas to improve: pendant lights in kitchen need light bulbs replaced, Master bedroom and bathroom door very beat up and should be replaced. Need more ant traps around kitchenDisappointed: both bathroom ceilings need to be cleaned and painted due to moisture there is mildew all over. Safe with interior shower curtain, mildew needs to be removed.

Lovely Rincon

Super perfect location! A second set of apartment keys would be convenient as we were 3 adults not always together. Building requires maintenance but unit was clean and provided for our needs.

Nice sized unit, comfortable furnishings, fantastic location. Walking distance to several restaurants as well as good surf breaks. We'd stay here again for sure.

Perfect place!

We had a wonderful stay! Sandy Beach is the best chill beach, great for swimming, not crowded during the week. Apartment is close to restaurants and downtown Rincon. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lovely view from balcony.

Such a beautiful place!! We enjoyed how much privacy we had & how the beach was private as well. We looved our balcony and the amazing view from there. Enjoyed watching the surfers! The area over all was awesome cause you could walk everywhere so going out to dinner w/o driving was so convenient. Really cool town. Would definitely come back! 😊

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay in the sandy beach apartments was exceptional. This was my 5th time in Rincon and this apartment was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is beautiful and clean and the location is wonderful. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Great spot in an awesome neighborhood

The location is perfect, right on the beach in a charming neighborhood that has breakfast, lunch, and dinner all within walking distance. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing few days at the beach.

Perfect Location!

This property is right on the Sandy Beach and throughout the day you’ll see surfers catching the waves. Many restaurants are within walking distance or a quick drive away. We loved Jack’s Shack for breakfast or lunch and the Shipwreck for their cheese ravioli. Overall good experience.

Great location

Location is king with this property. The bar across the street played loud music which could be heard by the guest bedroom. They played til 10-11pm. Not a big deal, but a consideration. Overall we had a very nice 2 weeks.

The location is perfect! The beach it’s on, the neighborhood it’s in… perfect! The property is excellent! Clean, light, bright, everything you’d want or need is provided! Fantastic view; YOU’RE literally on the beach! Rincon is amazing and this neighborhood in particular is charming and friendly! I cannot wait to return here!

Tried to use the oven for dinner and it filled the apartment with smoke. Fire alarms did not go off. Beautiful location but the property is so for a refit. Most things did work

Great Stay!

Loved the location, nice amenities, clean, great AC, and overall a great stay! Property owner and property manager were very responsive. Stayed in multiple areas while in Puerto Rico and by far Rincon/Aguadilla was my favorite! Didn’t want to leave!

Really nice property. Really enjoyed our 6-night stay. Beautiful view, beautiful beach, just a few steps from the apartment to the water. Accomodations were top drawer - comfortable, clean and included almost everything we needed. Lovely, natural location. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars in neighborhood, easy drive to shopping and other restaurants/bars in Rincon. Owner very responsive. Would definitely return. Recommend highly.

My family loves staying in Rincon

Perfect spot for a getaway with the family. My husband and I stayed here with our two sons (1 and 7) and it was great. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen and laundry inside the unit. Nice cold air conditioning to get out of the heat. Two smart TVs one in living room one in bedroom. Walk right downstairs to the beach (side note the beaches in Rincon are not very calm water it’s a popular surfing area so be mindful of that) Short 5-10 minute drive into town with cute local shops and restaurants. The place was clean and updated. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great location- excellent stay!

We loved this place. It fit exactly what we were looking for in terms of relaxation, and it looked exactly as pictured. Hosts were great about info in advance and responsive while there. The location relative to a few really good restaurants was ideal.
