★ Please respect our requirements. Do not give others who are not on the guest list access to the unit.
★ Unfortunately the Laundry room is off limits for Vrbo guest.
★ Absolutely No Downloading illegal Music, Movies, Video or Software, using Peer-to-Peer or Torrenting software.
Spectrum Internet will cut off service
★ No more than the number of people registered
★ No eating or drinking in the bed
★ Please do your dishes
★ No smoking at all inside.
No Marijuana, No weed Smoking In Unit At All, Period. If you do you will be asked to Leave.
( you can smoke in the backyard).
★ No alcoholic beverages drinking in back Yard, No underage drinking
  Do not remove our items from the unit.
  Do not disturb neighbors or others
★ Sheets and towels are included with your stay.
★ No Fake Tan = BYO Sheets
★ Turn off lights and AC/Heating when out of the property.
★ Turn of staircase lights please when not in use.
★ Check-in at 3 p.m. check-out 10 a.m.
★ Absolutely No Loud or blasting music No Parties or Events.
We appreciate having you as our guest and helping to enforce our house rules so that everyone can enjoy themselves.
★To access hot water, turn the knob fully to the left and let the water run for 1–2 minutes. This allows time for the hot water to reach the second floor, as the property uses a tankless water heater. Once the water is warm, adjust the temperature
★ Noise curfew after 10:00 p.m. is not allowed or before 10:00 a.m.
★ Do not give your keys to anyone else.
★ Lost Key fee $175.00 to re-key door lock.
★ Back Yard, No underage drinking.
★ No parking in driveway.
★ Street parking is available — no permit required.
★ No Blocking the driveway.
★ No guns or weapons are allowed in our outside of property.
★ Pet Policy Reminder
Pets are limited to dogs and cats and must be disclosed and approved in advance. As a courtesy, we kindly remind pet owners to ensure that pets remain off beds and sofas. Please note: A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies (maximum of 2 pets).
★ For food delivery: Please note you are in the back unit. Ask the driver to call you when they arrive so they don’t disturb the front house.
★The neighbor downstairs is a musician and has a harmless tea cup chihuahua who may bark from time to time.
★ No under aged kids allowed in unit alone.
★ If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email or call.
★ Please don't put too much toilet paper down the toilet it will get clogged, If it will there is a plunger under the sink.
★ Please be polite and courteous to our neighbors and community.

Always a good stay - we've used this place several times in the past two years and it feels like a home away from home now. Plenty of street parking and a great park across the way to get a walk in. The neighborhood is great as well and fully walkable! Close to so much, especially the family we come in to see! Danny is super responsive as well.

Very nice location and good parking. The place was clean and quiet. Only flaw was an extremely squeaky box spring under a very soft mattress. I would recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking to stay in Sherman oaks! Especially for two people it was spacious. Great community and easy communication with the host! We will definitely be back!

The place was cute , but needs minor updates ! . The location is great and property is beautiful ! It’s located behind the house you see in the first picture,upstairs above the apartment/garage. The curtains and windowsills needed to be cleaned. The couches (well if you want to call the black stained fold out thing, a couch or even a bed ! ) both need to be updated . The bed/box spring in bed room was very loud ! Needs to be replaced . Parking was no problem ! Would stay again if these items were updated, the location was close to everything we do when we come to LA.

There was no mention of the flight of stairs in the ad, which was doable, but difficult. The key pad to the front gate is completely in the dark, the motion light shines on the other side of the fence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the bed although a climb to get in, was super comfortable! The apartment was very clean and everything you would need was right there. Parking was easily available on the street and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is a lovely park nearby as well as stores a few blocks away.

The Google street view does not do justice. The home is gorgeous! Complete renovations outside and in. Exceptionally clean and upscale street and the location is perfect. Modern mall and grocery 1/4 mile away. The unit is clean and modern. Fight for the bed because it is really comfortable, quality bedding.

Great location

This property was perfect for us. We were getting our house painted and new hard wood floors so we had to move out. This property is in a very safe quiet neighborhood. Parking is not a problem at all. The host lives in front and is very nice. He allowed ours dogs for a reasonable price.

Danny, host is very helpful and friendly. The place is clean. There are 2 wonderful TVs. The location was perfect for us. Plenty of parking in this quiet street. The only issue was that we ate seniors and we had stairs to climb with luggage. Danny said he would help but we had to leave very early and we did not want to disturb him. Also please bring your own hair dryers.

Safe/Convenient/Quite/Comfortable

Danny, was a great host. Anything questions we had he was quick to answer and provide a solution for. The unit itself was clean and very easy to access. Great for a couple and maybe 1 or 2 small children. In my case, it was myself and my daughter and I let her have the bed and I used the pullout sofa bed. The location is convenient to many locations. I was working most of the time I was there and WiFi was reliable and air condition worked flawless. Would reocmmend to anyone visiting the area. Thanks Danny!

Listing stated that there was a blender. Did not see one. Only one mug was provided. When I asked for more, two more were made available. There were two of us! A reading lamp would have been a nice addition for reading in bed at night, such as a clip on to the bed. There’s a bed stand on one side of the bed with a lamp, but the left side of the bed could use a lamp. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation and the communication with Danny and would stay there again.
