Spend sun-soaked days by the on-site pool or lounging on the beach, bask in balmy coastal breezes while sipping tropical cocktails on either of your Gulf-view balconies when you make this Ramsgate Harbor retreat your home for an Emerald Coast escape. Ideally located right on the Gulf and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bars, and cafĆ©s, youā€™ll have no trouble finding fun. Popular Pier Park is around eight miles away, and Camp Helen State Park and charming Rosemary Beach are around three miles away.

The bright and inviting interior features an open layout spread out over two floors for plenty of comfort and flexibility. The full kitchen has everything you need to prep snacks for the beach or whip up mealtime masterpieces, and a dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.
Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There are no elevators on site.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our family had a lovely time! We love the location of Ramsgate. It was quiet & away from busy PCB & across the street was Publix/Aldi with the gym & a general store next door in Carillon. The condo was in a great location above the pool (but it was never loud!) and only a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, lots of pots & pans in the kitchen, & plenty of towels in the bathrooms. It does need to be upgraded & the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but overall was fine for our family. It was a nice surprise to have 2 chairs & umbrella on the beach to use. Check in was a breeze & we were given everything we needed except for the beach/pool access code. Thankfully we were able to get that from another guest without a problem. I needed a package shipped to the Vacasa office, which is next door in Carillon, & picked it up without any problems. Thanks for a great stay, Vacasa!

Beautiful

Beautiful view, excellent beach access! You will still need to drive to popular attractions and restaurants, but that is the case no matter where you stay. The beach was quiet and the pool large and clean! There are a lot of steps, no elevator (we knew this and were okay).

Great Location, Dingy Condo

I have stayed at Ramsgate Harbor several times, in a renovated condo. It was not available for my dates, so I went with 56. I was disappointed. The photos online make it look bright and sunny, but in reality it's dark and dingy. It is desperately in need of updating. Brown carpet throughout, brown curtains, the lock on the front door is rusty, as is the dishwasher. The dishwasher door doesn't open all the way, because it hits the handle to the oven, so you can't pull the rack out to load and unload it. The bunk beds were uncomfortable. My kids never complain about stuff like that, but it was an issue on this trip. Some light fixtures missing bulbs. The master bedroom door has no handle, so the door won't stay closed. Overall a bit depressing. It wouldn't take much to improve the situation, but it seems like nothing has been done with this condo since it was built. Sub par, IMO.Also, upon arrival, I was not provided with the code to the pool and beach access gates. Took several calls to Vacasa, and they told me that "no code was needed" when I was standing in front of the gate unable to open it. I has to ask another guest.The location is fantastic. Check in / check out was easy. But I wouldn't stay in this unit again.

Rare find for families

One of the few units I've found at Ramsgate that sleeps 4 in the 2nd bedroom. Great for kids. Unit was very clean - could use some updating, but still very comfortable.

Beach front relaxation

Very nice condo right on the water. It was very clean. Close to shopping/restaurants/grocery store. The only thing to note is that there are a lot of steps, so if you have mobility issues, this might not be the place for you.

Nice Place

We ended up booking this condo last minute because our reservations at another condo got cancelled less than a week before we were supposed to arrive. We've been to the West end of PCB a number of times. Had driven by Ramsgate a number of times but never stayed there. Glad we did. The complex is really nice. Beach location is awesome. This particular unit was nice too. Had a good time. Would certainly stay here again.

We will be back!!!

We usually vacation in Destin. We were looking for a little more laid back less busy area on the gulf. We chose to try West Panama City (Sunnyside area) this year and we sure are glad we did! We love the laid back vibe. We loved the condo itself and eveything that went with it! We will be back!

Cracker in the sheets, left over toothpaste

We have been staying at Ramsgate condos for 4 years. We have never went through a vacasa condo. I wasn’t the worse stay but not the best. There were crackers between the “cleaned sheets”. Toothpaste on the counter from the previous people that stayed there. Hair was left in the master bathroom drain. The dresses in the master bedroom was not wiped down. There was cup stains on it. Then while looking for a broom I opened the door where the water heater is and there is an old phone in there with mold all over it. So basically I had to go through and clean the first day we were there, they did offer to send someone in but we were already there and I doubt someone was going to come in at night when I noticed it. Vacasa gave me part of my cleaning fee back but for the charge to stay during spring break it really isnt worth it. My kids seemed to of slept fine in their beds but ours was terrible. Rock hard and lumpy. The pillows were flat and hard also, so bring your own pillows. The master bed definitely needs updating. When I was cleaning the sheets after we found crackers in the bed there is stains all over the Mattress. I was kind of off putting. It’s a very outdated condo for the price and there is better updated condos in Ramsgate for a cheaper price for spring break. We already booked a different condo in Ramsgate for next year. Definitely will not be staying in this one again. I will say vacasa does get back with you asap when there is an issue.

3rd time WIN , going for a 4th.

We go to PCB twice a year, our anniversary, which we just got home from, and family vacay. This stay being out 3rd stay, and each stay being better than the last one, that is if you can improve on perfection. The VACASA staff are the most courteous, and helpful that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Check in and out is a breeze and booking is as easy as it gets. The homes are immaculately clean, and amenities are spot on with everything you could possibly need. The home was more than accommodating for families or couples. Ramsgate location is the best in all of PCB for those who don't like the parties and the crowds. Complete serenity, with hardly any traffic. The beaches are clean , and the most beautiful sunsets and moon sets. There is also a lot of shells, which is what I go for, as I am a shell nut. I give Ramsgate and VACASA the biggest win/win rating all the way around. I am going in for round 4. See y'all there in October. Sherry
