This third-floor home away from home provides you with a spacious beachfront balcony off the living room with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and a convenient outdoor dining area so you can step your meals up a notch with a gorgeous backdrop. Inside, the first floor is made up of a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a trash compactor. Put on the chef's apron and treat your friends to delicious homemade meals. Beach service is provided from the beginning of March through the end of October. You will have a big umbrella and a double lounger with two cushions.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
