"Cabin Leisure" Riverfront cottage just steps from Deschutes River

Here we have one of our most beautiful cottages on property! This cottage is literally right on the water, you can't get much closer without getting wet! Come stay in our unit of #264 that we have nicknamed "Cabin Leisure". You are sure to enjoy yourself in this cottage. It is recently updated with all new furnishings and appliances, which include a washer/dryer and a king size bed!

In this unit there are 3 windows that will give you the ultimate 270 degree view of the beautiful Deschutes River. The walking trail is right out your front window so if you enjoy people watching like I do, then this will have tons of walkers to see passing by! But don't worry, out cottage windows have a slight tint to them to help keep the privacy of you and your guests on the inside!

While staying with us you will have the luxury of access to our indoor heated pool and hot tub! After taking a dip in the pool you can come back to the central AC to cool down even more on those warm summer days, and in the winter you can snuggle up next to the gas fire place after being at Mount Bachelor skiing all day!

You're welcome to bring up to two pets, so long as you pay the one-time $50 pet fee (per pet, plus tax). We send you the pet fee request after you book. You must disclose your pets upon booking.

Best riverside location in Bend

Everything was as listed and literally next to the river. This perfect location had us dreaming of retiring to a riverside home in Bend! Million dollar views with easy freeway access and walking distance via the Deschutes River Trail to all that downtown Bend has to offer. Super clean and comfortable. Easy check in/out. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Bend.

Perfect Riverside Cabin

We totally enjoyed our stay at this riverside cabin. As advertised, it was right on the DesChutes River, and the walking path outside the door was great for both our dog and ourselves. Everything in the cabin was neat and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved all the windows looking our on the views, too! We would go there again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

This absolutely perfect rental was exactly what we were looking for to compliment our stay in Bend, Oregon!! The river was so close you felt you were on it! The kitchen was well stocked, bathroom was clean, washer and dryer were a great plus, the walking/bike trail right outside the home really made this place stand out! We walked downtown to dinner, lunch and shopping multiple times! The location and views CAN NOT BE BEAT!!! We would definitely stay again!

Bend Relaxing Retreat

The location of this property was ideal for us and our dog! The unit was as described and well equipped however the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The lock on the door needs to be replaced as it did not open upon arrival and we needed maintenance to get in with a temporary adjustment. Bathroom door also needs attention. Hopefully those are helpful comments that can easily be fixed and overall we enjoyed our stay on the river.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The space was exactly as pictured. There is ample room for storage and fun. The property was very well-maintained, and the view speaks for itself. We will absolutelt stay again when we visit Bend!

Wonderful cottage

Cabin leisure exceeded my expectations. The river is truly right outside living room window. If you open window, you can hear the sound of a rushing river. Unit is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need. You are just steps from the walking path that follows the river for miles. Overall I loved my stay and hope to go back.

Riverfront Retreat

This is such a great gem. We enjoyed the beautiful Deschutes River right outside the living room and were able to walk right to downtown in 10 minutes. The unit was very comfortable and cozy and came stocked with everything we needed for daily living and evening dinners.

Couldn't have been better!

Wow we loved this place! We try to travel with our dog as often as possible because boarding is difficult, and it is usually not super enjoyable when we stay in a city. This was the perfect spot for us and our German shepherd! Right along the pathway about a minute walk from Pioneer park, another 15ish minutes to an even bigger Drake Park. And in the other direction is more of a nature trail. So easy to take him out and not a ton of people around. We didn't notice our neighbors at all. My biggest concern when we booked was if it would be weird to have people walking right by our windows on the walking path, but the windows sit a little higher and we never felt like anyone could see us or was looking directly inward. The place was spotless and everything inside looked brand new. A full sized kitchen that we didn't use much but fully stocked with everything you could think of. The bed was comfy, the fireplace was amazing since it was 20-25 degrees for the duration of our stay. You could walk to just about anything which we fully intended to do until we realized how cold it was, ha. We went up to Mt. Bachelor twice and it was just a 30 minute drive. The giant closet was great for storing all of our things out of the way. It was so peaceful and the view of the river was beautiful. I imagine it's even better in the summer. The hosts were clear and communicative. We don't have a single complaint, and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Cozy Riverfront Stay

Great location, open the window for the sound of the rushing rapids at night.The kitchen is well stocked and the electric wood stove was cozy in the evening.The bed is comfortable but bring your own pillowcase or sheets as the existing sheets are super synthetic! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The cabin is next to the Deschutes river and the Deschutes trail. Easy access to restaurants and stores. The cabin was very nice very comfortable and had a very nice kitchen. The hot water was almost instantly on to the shower and all the faucets. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect location to walk to places. Lots of parks near by for walking dogs. Right on the river! So pretty!
