Welcome to Spice. It's gettin' hot in here! This is the perfect spot for enjoying some quality time together. Perfectly appointed for up to 3 guests, this carriage house is fully equipped for all you may need on your Seaside vacation including a full kitchen and laundry closet. Combined with a premier location in Seaside, this beautiful cottage is calling your name.

Enter through the Queen suite for a comfortable and restful sleep. The first floor also features a full bath and the private laundry closet. The second floor includes your living area, dining area, and full kitchen. The dining table is also great to use as a workspace when needed, and the home includes wifi and cable. There is even a private balcony to enjoy time al fresco.

Located 100 yards to the Tupelo Beach Access and 3 blocks to the center of Seaside with plenty of dining and shopping options. You are also only 2 blocks to the Seaside Adult Pool! This home is wonderful for honeymoons or weekend getaways.

Lovely gem of a place

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect. Beach just a quick walk across the street. I used Instacart delivery for a few groceries when I arrived, and the Seaside shops and restaurants were just a block away. The only thing I would change about this gem would be to provide two small beach chairs. (You can rent some but that seemed too much for just an hour or so on the beach.)

Highly recommend this place for 1-3 people. 1 street from main road so fairly quiet. No traffic and a little seclusion helps bedtime. Clean and well equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely 1 bd, 1 ba (both downstairs), two-level cottage. Everything was clean and looked new-ish, from the tiles in the shower to the dishwasher. My only negative comment is that there is zero space to put groceries for me ppl like me who pack food and only eat out occasionally. I had to put the toaster and coffee makers under the sink in order to clear up some counter space. But that is a minor issue compared to the cleanliness and safety of the cottage, which is a short walk to the beach access and a quick bike ride (or walk) to everything else that Seaside has to offer. Customer service was first-rate, too.

Spice was perfectly decorated, clean, updated and the location was amazing. The owners recommended that we use the their balcony to watch the sunset and they were very friendly! Really easy check in too. Will definitely be staying here again! Loved it so much!

Great location…annoying accommodations

The location was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately we had no wifi the entire time, lights upstairs would come on in the middle of the night, and the house lacked very basic items in the kitchen that you don’t plan to buy on a short vacation (salt, pepper, oil, and coffee filters). I think that if these things can be fixed it would be the perfect vacation rental for two.

Fabulous Location

The location is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the seaside square. Literally the easiest beach vacation as far as not having to drive anywhere. The spice cottage was cute and quaint. My only issue was the wifi connectivity constantly going in and out no matter how many times we reset it.

Soft to the touch on the surface but hard and stiff as a board. Maybe it’s just me but for a rental unit this nice, I anticipate a good nights sleep on a bed not a board ... Replace the mattress and we will be back.

Great stay in Seaside

My husband and I booked this place for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for us 2! The carriage house was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The beach access was even closer than we imagined just right across the street and a super close walk to the main square. The only watch out is the house is nestled right behind the main house’s deck so it could be a risk if there were noisy neighbors outside on the patio but we didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend!

Great location, cozy cottage

We had a wonderful trip, and the location of the property (short walk to the beach, pool, restaurants) was fantastic. The carriage house was clean and cozy with the bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a couch, TV, kitchen table, and kitchen upstairs. I would definitely stay again for a couples weekend away.

Cute Cottage!

This cute cottage is close to everything. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The beach is right across the street and only 2 blocks from the heart of Seaside. The shower is very tight but I loved everything else about this place, would definitely recommend!
