Welcome to Veronica located in the Veranto condos in downtown Playa del Carmen. This condominium is fully equipped and has two bedrooms: the master features a king bed, and the guest room has 2 single beds, both with private bathrooms. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 children or an adult if needed.



The Veranto condominium complex offers a spacious rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, lounge chairs, garden tables, bar and grill, and even an immersion pool. Additionally, in the common areas on the first level of the building, you will find a gym and a mezzanine with tables.



This condominium is located a few blocks from the Mega supermarket, and from some shops and restaurants. Also, you are 10 minutes from the beach on foot.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

Great stay and very nice apartment!

The apartment is a good size for a family of 4, the bedrooms are large and each have their en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the stocked drinking water is very convenient. The kitchen is very bright because of the large windows that open to the patio. Good location, near supermarket and walking distance to the city beach. Quiet from the noisy streets and clubs scene. The roof top pool is a nice place to cool down and relax. There’s also a small gym!

Wonderful apartment

It is a wonderful department. In a new building with 24-hour doorman.There are three services and the rooms are very large. With comfortable beds and air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with all the utensils you need. Another very positive aspect is communication. It has been exceptional. Always available to help. There's nothing wrong with that. We've stayed in a lot of apartments and this has definitely been the best. It's the first one I've given a ten. Thank you so much for helping us enjoy a wonderful vacation in Playa del Carmen.

Eine Top-Unterkunft

Es stimmte wirklich alles, alles in Playa del Carmen ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gleichzeitig ist es angenehm ruhig in einem geschützten Apartmentkomplex mit eigenem Concierge. Die Wohnung ist eine pfiffige Galeriewohnung, Küche, Gästebad und Balkon unten, ein Wohnbereich und die zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad auf einer mittleren Etage, von einem Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnbereich schaut man runter in die Küche. Alle Galeriebereiche und auch der Balkon lassen sich großzügig mit Glastüren zum Küchenbereich öffnen. Der Clou ist der Poolbereich auf dem Dach, windgeschützt, mit separaten Sitzbereichen, Pool-Liegen und Bereichen für ein Abendessen oder Barbecue. Dazu eine Super-Aussicht in alle Richtungen, allerdings nicht ganz am Meer. Es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet, auf das Apartment war blitzblank. Prima auch der große Supermarkt einen Block weiter.
