Some of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten in which you wouldn’t necessary expect there! Very large rooms, very clean and everything we needed. Extremely helpful and accommodating host who took care of us since the arrival. Washing facilities and lovely terrace and garden area. Beautiful pool, everything very safe and secure. Can’t wait to return!

The rental contract requires a large cash deposit. They spent 10 minutes counting all our towels at checkout before returning it. The wifi never worked. 2 toilets were broken and took 2 days to finally fix. One leaked all over the floor. The main ac was broken. Issues required multiple requests before being resolved. The property manager acted annoyed when I showed up at 956 for a 10 am checkout. The pool was awesome, otherwise not up to standard. Would not rent this condo or from this grp again.

Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, and a 1/2 bath in the common area. The unit is in great condition and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is really close to the beach, a market/grocery store, lots of delicious food, away from the business of 5th but close enough to experience all the things.

Nancy, nuestra conserje, estuvo siempre a nuestra disposición, resolviendo todo rápidamente. El servicio de limpieza estuvo muy bien, y la pileta y el jacuzzi son ideales para relajarse ya que las reglas del lugar lo permiten. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que durante toda nuestra estadía se realizaron tareas de mantenimiento en los pasillos de acceso a nuestra unidad, los cuales generaron ruidos molestos y polvo, de los cuales no habíamos sido notificados.

Spring Break with a large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay in Playa Del Carmen was very good. The condo was a great stay for the ten of us. The condo was situated about a 5 minute walk from all the bars/shops and 10 minutes from the beach. The condo was very well kept. The water would not drain in two of the showers but once notified, the staff took care of it before we got back from the beach. The condo included free water which was great. The pool was good for a nice cool down after walking around the streets during the afternoon. Overall a very nice stay for a big group headed down for Spring Break.
