The property was clean and was well maintained. The host was great to work with and the location of the property for our visit to downtown Lake City was great.

Super cozy stay, kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need, host was very responsive and helpful! Great proximity to the ice park.

Right in the middle of town so you can walk to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Easy check-in. Kitchen had all the necessities.

We pulled up to the place and it was absolutely a crap hole dead plants dirt everywhere we opened the door and it had a horrific smell that you cannot explain to anyone. You walked into the kitchen there were metal very old cabinets on the wall that looked like they were painted red the paint was coming off and they were on a wall that was tilted so it looked like the cabinets were going to fall on you at any moment. The floor was uneven everywhere you walked and bumpy. The bathroom they tried but there was paint on the wall and it looks like they're trying to cover up mold that was coming through the worst thing was that it smelled there is no way that we could have stayed there so we turned around and left and we asked for a refund and even though we had insurance we were not allowed to get a refund I would never ever ever in a million years recommend staying in this crap hole. As my husband stated it looked like a polished turd stay far away from this place. In the end we never got a refund and had to go to Crested Butte
