We welcome you to Paradise & Luxury! Nestled in Southwest Florida, sits this stunning Bonita Springs condo, 1000 sq. feet inside & our expansive 240 sq. feet wrap around lanai overlooking the serene tropical pool. Located in a tropical gated resort atmosphere setting, and only 3-4 minutes to neighboring Naples. Enjoy this beautifully decorated & spacious 1 bedroom condo, 2 FULL baths with all the amenities of home. Just minutes from many pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast! 2 heated pools, 1 resort style pool with waterfall & Tiki hut serving light fare and drinks in season. There is a 2nd heated quiet pool surrounded by soothing fountains and hot tub. You will have the convenience of the “FREE” BEACH SHUTTLE to Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach in season. In season you can take advantage of the “FREE” sunset shuttle.

Step inside our coastal paradise & relax with spectacular views from the expansive wall to wall glass sliding doors from the family room & bedroom with plenty of natural light. Take in the relaxing sounds of the fountains surrounded by tropical lush palm trees, with 2 lanais overlooking the serene quiet pool. Enjoy the open floor plan between the fully equipped kitchen and living room. Spacious bedroom features a king size bed with sliders onto your lanai, there is a large en-suite/bathroom, double vanities, enclosed private commode, oversized fully tiled walk-in shower, roman tub, large walk-in closet, and 50 inch 4K flat screen TV. The second full bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower, commode and separate closet.

Great condo

Fantastic! This condo has everything you need & Liza makes you feel so welcome. I would definitely stay there again! My husband & I loved the pool & Tiki Hut, so much fun. The condo was so clean and refreshing. Thanks for a great vacation.

Clean, clean clean everything looks brand new

My wife and I have traveled the world we have stayed in so many homes,I don’t remember how many but this home in particular is the cleanest most organized up-to-date . appliances are like new everything you would need for a relaxing and most comfortable stay I didn’t even mention the resort pool with the tiki bar. The furnished and beautiful Lanai is a great place to sit have coffee ,drink wine no complaints at all. Prices are pretty low at the tiki bar ,a beer for five bucks. The people I’ve ran into who work here are the nicest you could ask for. The owners are the best communicators I have ever had. They were right with me I had perfect instructions. Check-in was a simple and leaving as well. Rent this place and you don’t need to go to the Beach. which is only about 1 mile away five minutes in the carThere’s also plenty of restaurants around here so you can walk to everything . thank you We had a wonderful time. We’ll see you againa mile away.

Very nice condo and wonderful hosts!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. the condo itself was very clean, decorated super cute and equipped with all of the amenities we needed. Our host were incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. We can't recommend this condo highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. Delightful!

This was a charmingly decorated condo with a two-room wide screened-in deck overlooking a lagoon and swimming pool. Everything was very comfortable. We felt downright cosseted! The gym was one of the best equipped we’d seen. While on the treadmill, I could overlook a rock waterfall flowing into another swimming pool. Great location as well.

fantastic place

larger than most 1 bedroom condos place was super clean located off the street with no traffic noise. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with tons of towels I would certainly stay there again, the only negative would be my assigned parking had a huge concrete pillar near it and I was driving a large SUV made it difficult so I ended up parking in guest parking outside

Great Location & Great Hosts!

The description of this property is spot on. It is less than a mile away from the closest beach and the condo furnishings are comfortable and everything that you would need. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. We appreciated that they had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels for their guests to use! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Liza and Tony were great hosts! The condo was immaculate and was furnished with everything we needed and more! The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow for everything from the access codes, to the parking spots, to the TV's! The pools are lovely and the location is conveniently located to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. (Unfortunately, the beaches were closed due to hurricane Ian.) There was a nice welcome book with info on local attractions and restaurants which was very helpful. Thanks Liza and Tony.

Quiet Resort Living

Our stay at this property was terrific. It has a resort vibe without a big crowd. It was quiet and peaceful, with access to two pools, one with a grill & bar. The condo itself was immaculately clean and comfortable, with all the amenities of home. It's in a great location, with easy access to many places to eat, sightsee, or relax on a beach - even miniature golf! Liza was a terrific host - easy to communicate with via text or cell. She was quick to respond to a few small issues and questions we had. When we are in the area again it will be our go-to place to stay!

Beautiful, quiet recess from winter

Highly recommended 1 bedroom condo

spent a week at this condo in early Nov 2022. It is quitae spacious and very nicely decorated, very comfortable. Large lanai facing east overlooking the smaller quiet pool. Condo complex has nice amenities incl 2 pools and 2 hot tubs plus large excercise room. I would stay again and highly recoomend it.

Wonderfully cozy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leeza and Tony’s condo. Leeza was great at communicating all of the info necessary to enjoy our stay. She is a wonderful host and has provided many special touches to making our stay memorable! Their condo is super cute, impeccably clean, and very comfy :) Pool and property were beautiful!

Perfect Location & Amenities Throughout

We could not have been more impressed with this beautiful condominium and the community it is located in. The condo was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The VRBO site was easy to use to book and the host was very prompt in approving our stay. We had a few ‘non issue’ questions which were immediately answered by the host and the entire 5 night stay was perfect for our getaway. The communication with the hosts from start to finish was awesome and we appreciate they were concerned with us being happy customers. Anything we could’ve wanted available to us as guests was right there. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine as we relaxed on the lanai and talked about how soon we could return. We highly recommend this property and know anyone would love spending time there while in the area. We anticipated going to the beach every day but found the large pool was so inviting that we spent more time there than on the beach which is only 5 minutes away. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering this condo, it is everything and more as shown on VRBO and even better in person! John & Selena

Paradise

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. What a delight! I have traveled extensively and have rarely received such pampering. This sparkling 1-bedroom condo is spacious, airy, and beautifully furnished, including a peaceful screened patio where my husband and I enjoyed watching summer afternoon storms approach. The home has two gracious full-bathrooms and a washer/dryer combo. Liza, the host, was incredibly kind, answering my questions with patience and good cheer. It's obvious she is obsessed with beauty and detail, looking out for our every need. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, Liza also provided thoughtful personal amenities like hair products, complimentary sunscreen, a choice of two stylish beach bags, beach chairs, and a sun umbrella. Plus it was our 25th anniversary, and she gifted us a delicious bottle of Riesling and left us a sweet congratulatory card. The property in which this home is located is superb as well. It's beautifully maintained, with two pools & hot tubs, a fully-equipped gym. clean & lighted covered parking garage, and security gates. I felt so safe and happy here, I hated to leave. I could not recommend this home any more highly.

Incredible 10/10!!

Wow! From the time we landed to the time we left Liza & Tony were amazing- always available if we needed anything and gave lots of helpful tips for eating / things to do! (The welcome book was super helpful too!) From the minute we walked into the condo it felt like home away from home- fully loaded with dishes / beach towels to hair products & a beach bag! Mr Flamingo was there to greet us with a bottle of wine! Each morning we either went to the beach or down to the pool (which is amazing and so relaxing!!) We tried both of the pools, we preferred the larger pool because we enjoyed listening to the waterfall! So many memories were made in the week we spent- oh and we got engaged!!! (At the picture perfect beach sunset) 😍 Be sure to fill out the guest book- it was neat reading others stories! Truly a 10/10 property, we will certainly be back to share more memories with Liza & Tony!
