We welcome you to Paradise & Luxury! Nestled in Southwest Florida, sits this stunning Bonita Springs condo, 1000 sq. feet inside & our expansive 240 sq. feet wrap around lanai overlooking the serene tropical pool. Located in a tropical gated resort atmosphere setting, and only 3-4 minutes to neighboring Naples. Enjoy this beautifully decorated & spacious 1 bedroom condo, 2 FULL baths with all the amenities of home. Just minutes from many pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast! 2 heated pools, 1 resort style pool with waterfall & Tiki hut serving light fare and drinks in season. There is a 2nd heated quiet pool surrounded by soothing fountains and hot tub. You will have the convenience of the “FREE” BEACH SHUTTLE to Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach in season. In season you can take advantage of the “FREE” sunset shuttle.

Step inside our coastal paradise & relax with spectacular views from the expansive wall to wall glass sliding doors from the family room & bedroom with plenty of natural light. Take in the relaxing sounds of the fountains surrounded by tropical lush palm trees, with 2 lanais overlooking the serene quiet pool. Enjoy the open floor plan between the fully equipped kitchen and living room. Spacious bedroom features a king size bed with sliders onto your lanai, there is a large en-suite/bathroom, double vanities, enclosed private commode, oversized fully tiled walk-in shower, roman tub, large walk-in closet, and 50 inch 4K flat screen TV. The second full bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower, commode and separate closet.

Centrally located within a few minutes to many beautiful beaches, including 3 state preserve beaches (Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass & Lover's Key), Clam Pass Beach & Naples Beach are a short car ride, as well as Fort Myers Beach. Restaurants, dancing, music, golfing, marinas, boating, bike rentals (walking distance from resort), jet ski/paddle boarding/kayaking rentals, trolly & tiki boat tours/cruises, fishing, National Accredited Zoo, Philharmonic Orchestra & Concerts, 5th Ave, Mercado & Coconut Point Mall. Southwest Florida International Airport is only a short 25 minute drive.There is construction approximately 25 yards away from development.

Wonderful condo! Looks exactly the same in person as online. Nicely decorated, very clean, well stocked with the things you need, and quite comfortable. Liza was very responsive and provided detailed information.

Great condo

Fantastic! This condo has everything you need & Liza makes you feel so welcome. I would definitely stay there again! My husband & I loved the pool & Tiki Hut, so much fun. The condo was so clean and refreshing. Thanks for a great vacation.

This condo was beautiful. Liza is the best host. Everything we needed was supplied. She provided inclusive details on security codes, near by beaches and places she thought would be of interest. We will definitely return to this property because it was perfect with the best hosts we have ever encountered.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. the condo itself was very clean, decorated super cute and equipped with all of the amenities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leeza and Tony’s condo. Leeza was great at communicating all of the info necessary to enjoy our stay. She is a wonderful host and has provided many special touches to making our stay memorable! Their condo is super cute, impeccably clean, and very comfy :) Pool and property were beautiful!

Great Location & Great Hosts!

The description of this property is spot on. It is less than a mile away from the closest beach and the condo furnishings are comfortable and everything that you would need. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. We appreciated that they had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels for their guests to use! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very well maintained. Convenient to property pool. Convenient to restaurants. Overall very nice and met our needs. Owner was very helpful on request but otherwise maintained good privacy.

Anniversary Get Away!

We loved every minute of our trip. The condo was clean, spacious and oh so relaxing. The pools were excellent and peaceful. I Loved being by the pool. The area was super simple to navigate with everything close by. We discovered Lovers Key state park our last day it was beautiful we wished we found it earlier. we'll definitely be back when time allows another trip without kids. This was the best vacation we've had.

Highly recommended 1 bedroom condo

spent a week at this condo in early Nov 2022. It is quitae spacious and very nicely decorated, very comfortable. Large lanai facing east overlooking the smaller quiet pool. Condo complex has nice amenities incl 2 pools and 2 hot tubs plus large excercise room. I would stay again and highly recoomend it.

Beautiful, quiet recess from winter

Lovely, well equipped condominium. The owner is exceptional; she provides all of the information necessary to ensure all of your questions are answered and your needs are met. I can’t imagine anyone would not be delighted with their choice to rent this home.

Beautiful condo with many amenities

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here over spring break. The condo was beautifully decorated and well organized with everything we needed for the week. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us and coffee for the Keurig for the week! Liza was extremely helpful pointing us in the right direction for everything we wanted to see and do during the week. The pool area was very nice and relaxing and the shuttle made going to the beach quick and easy. We would definitely rent from them again!

fantastic place

larger than most 1 bedroom condos place was super clean located off the street with no traffic noise. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with tons of towels I would certainly stay there again, the only negative would be my assigned parking had a huge concrete pillar near it and I was driving a large SUV made it difficult so I ended up parking in guest parking outside

Delightful!

This was a charmingly decorated condo with a two-room wide screened-in deck overlooking a lagoon and swimming pool. Everything was very comfortable. We felt downright cosseted! The gym was one of the best equipped we’d seen. While on the treadmill, I could overlook a rock waterfall flowing into another swimming pool. Great location as well.

Amazing property and owners

We were looking to get away after the holidays. The location is perfect if you want to spend the day at the pools, Bonita beach or drive to Fort Myers or Naples. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from , even thou it was the first week of season with two people we didn't have to wait. The owners , Lisa and Tony were awesome! My VRBO app stopped working the day we were flying down and by the time I landed I had a voicemail and text with all the codes needed.
