New historical renovation in beautiful Uptown New Orleans! Wake up feeling inspired by the bright charm of this restored home. This spacious home features warm original hard wood flooring, high ceilings, rustic touches, modern amenities throughout and tons of space to enjoy ample amenities! An expansive backyard offers the perfect setting to enjoy a New Orleans evening with company. Many of the best restaurants, galleries, shops, and bars are located minutes away with streetcar accessibility!

This home was completely renovated from floor to ceiling with no surface left untouched. Original hardwood floors throughout bring a warm New Orleans charm to this historical home. A large kitchen with top of the line appliances is sure to make any chef feel right at home. Anything you may need to prepare a classic New Orleans dish has been provided! 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms provide more than enough space for you and your family to enjoy!

Guests will have sole access to the entire property.

Everyone agrees. Uptown’s got the looks in the family, bless its heart. Those handsome neighborhoods, like the St. Charles Avenue streetcar, trundle upriver, unfolding as a series of distinctive names: Oretha Castle Haley, The Garden District, Irish Channel, Riverside, the Black Pearl, Carrollton. Uptown’s homes -- gleaming white and tiered like wedding cakes or shot-gunned into long, narrow lots – are the place’s glory and sheltered by canopies of leafy green or family trees as branched and blossoming as any ancient magnolia. The air’s opulent with the scent of jasmine and a slower, grander age. Uptown, where white tablecloths still cover two-tops. The waiter knows both your name and your preferences. A gin fizz? The crabmeat salad? Satsuma orange ice cream? They’re all on offer, as are the dazzling array of goods. The smart shops on Oak and Maple, Freret and Magazine, rival anything anywhere else. But this is Uptown, sugar. Once you’re here, there’s no reason – not ever – to leave.

Amazing house and location

This is our second time staying at this home and we love it. We easily fit 10 people. The location is great and the home manager is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home and great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for visiting our daughter uptown and shopping along Magazine street. It was a true bonus to discover the precious and convenient coffee house just across the street. Thanks so much for making our trip both easy and special.

Perfect Houe!!

We have stayed in many rentals across New Orleans and this house by far is the best. Renovations are exceptional, layout is perfect for family gathering and location is superb. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfection

Lovely house in a prime location. We went for a girls trip, and it was the perfect spot. From the house, we could take nice long walks and it was a quick ride when we wanted to go downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in more than a few VRBO homes. We have also paid more for rentals in New Orleans, however, this home is in a class above any in our experience.

Beautiful home, famtastic location

This lovely, spacious home was perfect for our group of 8 (two families). It was clean and well appointed and the beds were super comfy. The location uptown can't be beat. Short walk to the St Charles streetcar or Magazine St. Cute neighborhood and French Truck coffee across the street! We were very happy with the poroperty and fully enjoyed our stay. I would book this house again in a second!

Best of NOLA

Our family visits NOLA every year at this time of year. We always look for 4 or 5 bed rooms in this price range. This property is the best maintained home that we have experienced by a good margin. Who knew that bath room tile could be a work of art. Taste and money met at this house!

This is an excellent home- well maintained with appropriate ammenities. Communication with management company is excellent. Parking on street is not a problem. Really like the courtyard and 2 separate rooms with TVs.

Lovely space!

My team gets together annually to talk strategy. We try to go to a fun city and stay together in a house. This was perfect. There were several places to work together, the rooms were separate and private, and the kitchen was a great gathering place. Very clean. Well kept.

Beautiful home, great location for our needs

The photos don’t do this place justice. Tall ceilings, functional kitchen with high end appliances, large rooms, updated marble bathrooms. Had zero issues finding street parking. Quiet neighbors and felt safe to walk. This place was the most cozy home away from home during the holidays. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Communication was wonderful.

Amazing, beautiful, well appointed house in great neighborhood

The house on Dryades Street is stunning. Recently renovated, it had everything we needed -- space, amenities, location. High end kitchen. Check in was a snap and they accomodated us with a late checkout. Pictures are as promised. Close walk to St Charles tram and easy Lyft ride to French Quarter. Even a great place for coffee and breakfast across the street. Really excellent at every level.

Excellent stay!

The home was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful designs throughout the home while maintaining the charm of New Orleans. The host was super helpful in answering all questions before and during our stay. Easy access to the home upon arrival. If there is one thing I could suggest, it would be to have at least one full length mirror upstairs:) We checked the calendar for next year and it was all blocked off, but I would definitely stay here again if they decide to make it available!

Marvelous

Everything about this home is perfect! The location is absolutely perfect, you’re close to everything many places within walking distance. Parking was almost always very easy. The home itself is stunning. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need. The host was very easy to contact and answered any questions promptly. I would leave 10 stars if I had that option.

Amazing rental in great location!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and so well taken care of. We had 10 people with us - the bedroom/bathroom setup was great and the open kitchen/living space was ideal for a large group. It was a great home base for all the parades. Parking on the street was easy and there are a lot of great spots within walking distance. Communication was easy before and during our trip. We used the concierge service to stock the house with groceries before our arrival and that was seamless and a great service. I can't recommend the place enough. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous home conveniently located in quiet neighborhood

The house is beautiful. It has been beautifully renovated with an open floor plan,an amazing kitchen, marble baths, and large bedrooms. The photos in the listing are very accurate. It is located only a couple of blocks from the St Charles street car. A French Truck coffeshop location is on the next block for morning coffee and pastry. There are several good restaurants in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and good to return to after a busy day taking in the city sites. It is very easy to communicate with the host and they are very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous house, perfect location

This house was so comfortable for our family weekend at Mardi Gras. If you are looking to stay uptown, you can’t beat this location!! The house was well stocked and had anything and everything that we might need- they really went above and beyond here compared to other rentals, and we’ve stayed in many. Comfortable beds, a beautiful and functional kitchen, great seating and dining areas, and a fun little back porch and patio helped this house feel like a home away from home. Check in/out was smooth and easy. Communication with the host was good. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance- we didn’t have to drive or Uber the whole stay. We are already looking forward to staying here in the future- highly recommend!

Family and Neighborhood: A New Orleans Experience

This is a perfect house for a family to experience what it is like to live in New Orleans -- comfortably. The house is a recently and beautifully renovated "shotgun double" that now comprises a spacious master suite on the first floor and three ample bedrooms (one with en suite bath) and a hall bathroom on the second level. The beds are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms have modern fixtures. The kitchen is "open" with high-end appliances. Management provides ample towels, linens, and cooking supplies. The house was spotless on our arrival. The location is perfect: three blocks from the St. Charles streetcar; 6 blocks from a new supermarket on Freret Street. It's an easy walk to the beginning of the major Carnival parades, if you come in that season. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood with an excellent coffee shop across the street. Next door is a neighborhood restaurant and an upscale hair salon. There's also a dry cleaner across the street. It's a real New Orleans neighborhood. We didn't need a car, although it would not be difficult to find nearby on street parking. I lived in New Orleans for 22 years, and this was a perfect way to have a return visit for three generations of my family. Highly recommended!
