Charming Rétais House with Garden in the Heart of Bois-Plage

House Overview
Welcome to our typically Rétais house, a renovated former wine cellar, located in the heart of Bois-Plage en Ré. This bright and welcoming home, with its three upstairs bedrooms and ground floor living spaces, offers all the comfort needed for a very pleasant vacation. Ideally situated on a quiet street just 30 seconds' walk from the market and five minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Bois-Plage. Please note, there is no pool or jacuzzi in the house.

The Bedrooms
Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms:

The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed.
The second bedroom features a large 180 cm double bed that can be split into two 90 cm single beds.
The third bedroom has four beds with two bunk beds.
All bedrooms have spacious closets for storing clothes. The windows offer a clear view of the picturesque rooftops of the houses on the Île de Ré.

Living Spaces
The ground floor includes:

A bright living-dining room with closets.
A small adjacent TV lounge for relaxation.
A modern American kitchen with a bar, equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood, and food processor.
Bathrooms
The house is equipped with two bathrooms with WC, shower, and sink:

One on the ground floor, with a washing machine.
One upstairs.
Garden and Outdoor Areas
The garden is a true haven of peace:

An exotic wood terrace with a corner sofa, a table with chairs, all protected by a stretched canvas.
Two deckchairs are available on the lawn.
A portable Weber barbecue, easy to move for summer grilling.
Bicycle parking is available 20 meters away, towards the market.
Surroundings and Activities
Located in the heart of Bois-Plage, this house provides easy access to all the villages of the Île de Ré thanks to numerous cycling paths. You can explore charming villages, enjoy sandy beaches, and discover local markets. Parking is easy with spaces available right next to the house.

Practical Information
The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Stays can be arranged from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday, offering more flexibility compared to the usual Saturday to Saturday rentals.
