Located in The Greens of Shipyard, this villa backs up to the 6th hole of the Shipyard Golf Course. This 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom villa has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. No detail was overlooked. Perfect for a long weekend with friends or a week with family, you won't be disappointed. The complex pool is just steps away and its about a 7 minute walk to the beach! Nothing is too far from this villa. Enjoy dinner and shopping in Coligny or catch a sunset in Sea Pines.

Enjoy this beautiful open floor plan on the main level with a bright, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, nightstands with usb ports on the back, bench seating, black-out curtains, walk-in closet, large smart tv and en-suite bathroom.

The cheery secondary bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands with usb ports on the back, black-out curtains, and smart tv.

Perfect spot! Close to the beach, yet a great spot on the golf course to have privacy and enjoy some peacefulness. Love the layout, decor, games, cleanliness and amenities provided with the condo. We had everything we needed! I hope to stay again as we didn’t want to leave! Main level is perfect for hanging out with family, and the bedroom spaces on the second floor are beautifully decorated and spacious. Our host was quick to respond if we had any questions.

Outstanding!

This property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you might need. It was a short bike ride from the beach but is definitely walk-able as well. Having the beach locker with chairs and umbrellas made things extremely easy as well in not having to carry sandy stuff back and forth. Nikki was extremely responsive and provided a ton of good information. We highly recommend this property!

Long Memorial Weekend

Great week. Nice outdoor space to enjoy in the morning and evening. Added bonus was the bikes which were used daily by us to run all over the island and on the beach. The king bed was very comfortable. Excellent location. Love the shipyard. The place looked like the pictures. Great place to stay and would love to stay there again when we come back. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Very nice unit! We’ve stayed in Shipyard (Evian, Beachwalk, and The Greens) every year for nearly a decade and this was the best unit that we’ve rented.The renovations are well done, Nikki didn’t scrimp on appliances and the ladies went on about how well decorated it is.The Greens is close enough to walk to the beach and has our favorite pool in Shipyard. The beach locker and bikes are a nice touch. Tons of games and cards for the rainy days.Nikki’s communication was great and we had an awesome vacation!

Stayed here last year and liked it so much we came back. Perfect for our family of 3 (11yo girl) but 4 would easily be comfortable.We walked to the beach every day, it’s not the shortest walk, but you can walk which is nice, and really close to the pool.The #1 thing I appreciate in a property is that is clean and this property passed that test with flying colors. If it ain’t clean, my girls and I are packing up and that’s it.Other perks, we needed another beach chair and found one in the closet that was brand new. There were more chairs and a beach umbrella in there too. There were also some bicycles which came in handy when my brother in law decided to run the turtle trot 5k at Palmetto Dunes (it’s EVERY Wednesday during the summer). He was staying in another unit in The Greens.For us, The Greens and specifically this unit checks our boxes. 1. Clean 2. Close enough to walk to the beach 3. Spacious enough for my family 4. Close to the pool 5. Lots of games and stuff on the cabinets6. Bikes and beach equipment 7. Reasonable rateYou can stay closer to the beach and pay more. You can stay farther and pay less but HAVE to drive. This is the Goldilocks zone of affordability, convenience and quality.Did I mention it was clean?

Clean and detail oriented.

We had a great time at HHI and Jeff and Nikki were wonderful hosts. Their unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. I particularly liked all the labels and detailed instructions throughout. The level of efficiency to operate the lights, coffee maker, electronics, etc was second to none. We've stayed in many rentals over the years and the one thing that separates the best from the rest is the ability to make your rental not feel like a rental. Jeff and Nikki did just that with the furnishings, bedding, etc. We were comfortable in all aspects. We will definitely be trying to book here again next year!

Great place!

We loved staying here as it was updated, clean, and very comfortable! We loved using the bikes and the beach chairs and enjoyed the 2-3 minute bike ride to the beach. The owners had a great coffee table book that referenced recommendations for great places to eat and they were spot on! The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was so cute.

The Greens in Shipyard is a great community. Not only is very close to the beach it is also right across from Van Der Meer tennis facility. Shipyard has great paths to ride your bike around and is also close to Coligny.
