Nearby Everything You Enjoy!! Just a quarter-mile from SKIING and golf at Boyne Highlands & Nubs Nob. A great jumping-off point for shopping, swimming, cycling & seeing the sites. Head up to Historic Mackinac or take a quick 4-mile drive to enjoy the beaches of the State Park. The charming hamlet of Harbor Springs is minutes away and Downtown Petoskey is right across the Bay. Just a quick FYI. The two bedrooms are located UPSTAIRS just in case stairs are a challenge for you.

Went up for a couple days skiing and this place couldn’t have been better other than a ski in and out. This was conveniently located between Nubs and Highlands (5min drive either way. I would not recommend for someone who can not climb stairs as both bedrooms are up stairs. They had a lot of little extras like a toothbrush, toopaste, contact solution as well as others and this was nice. This was nice because to get those things you would have a bit of a drive, I didn’t need them but still nice that they thought of that. Look it is not a 5 star hotel but for my needs it was perfect. Restaurant in walking distance was nice and had really good food. Owners were great communicators. Thanks !

John was a very attentive host and had many extra touches in his home which made us feel very welcome. This was a great home base for our family ski trip to Nubs!

This is a cozy little place located 3 mins drive from Boyne Highlands. While the space is small, it is well stocked with toiletries, coffee, Christmas candy and plenty of towels. It has enough pots and pans. The Christmas lights and decor provided a nice holiday ambiance. The only draw back was the lack of a kitchen or dining table, so the only option was for each of us to have a small tray table to eat on in the living room/TV room. They have a folding couch in the living room, but to have more than 4 adults in this space would be very tight.

We came up to northern MI for a short visit with family. John and Dianna were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The home was very clean and was so kindly stocked with any last minute things we may have forgotten.

Property needed much work for security reasons. No second story railing for uneven stairs, silverfish in tub, worm infestation, no secondary escape door if there was fire, toilet hardly flushed down, rusty water out of shower head, no mattress pad. We did not stay the second night. We are in our 70’s and no railing to get to bathroom in evening was a game changer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were thoughtful, accommodating and quick to communicate with any questions we had. They even went the extra mile by sharing extra tips and info to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. One of the sweetest touches was finding dog treats waiting for our pups, it really made us feel welcome and cared for. The property was comfortable, well-kept and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a memorable time and truly hope to return soon. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience!

This little townhouse was located well to access both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The owner was very kind, friendly and accommodating. They provided an unexpectedly nice variety of thoughtful items such as drinking water, coffee for both the regular coffee maker and a Keurig. There was a new tub of butter in the refrigerator and a box of coffee cakes. They also had toiletry items beyond the usual. The beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Parking is directly in front of the unit. There is an excellent restaurant next-door. They are pet friendly too, so our Cavalier had a good time too. One thing to be aware of is that, being a townhouse, the bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs.

Super nice hosts. Very gracious. Location is great. We were actually moved into different unit due at our request due to stairs. Second unit better met our needs.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extras (bottled water, butter, candy, and toiletries) provided by the host. The unit is basic but clean, as described, and all we needed. Host was great.

Amazing hospitality! We felt very welcome even before our arrival. Excellent location that is quiet, close to restaurants, Harbour Springs, Petoskey and a short drive to Mackinaw/St Ignace. Very large space, can easily accommodate a group of 4 or family. Hosts have insured that EVERYTHING is available if you need it, from toothbrush and soap to laundry facilities and morning coffee. Would definitely stay again.

John was so helpful in every way. The communication was excellent. There were wonderful touches like bottles of water in the frig, chocolate mints, extra toothbrushes, shampoo etc, and pancake mix. Very generous and kind. We would like to visit again.

Cute house, no issues with anything inside, we were switched to a different unit due to a maintenance issue but amazing communication got us thru!John is great. I always prefer a lock box with a code rather than an unlocked house, you never know who might waltz in. Just a thought!

Perfect place for a visit to The Highlands or Nubs Nob

My niece & I are repeat guests for our annual snowboard trip. The property is just a half mile away from the slopes. Clean accommodations that feel like home. John & Dianna are perfect hosts & we look at staying again in the future.

Cozy, Comfortable and Close

Very nice place. I think it was recently redone. Very comfortable and really close to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. Host was welcoming and extremely responsive. I would stay here again and highly recommend!
