The convenience of being within walking distance to restaurants, boutique shopping, the marina, parks, and beaches makes Edgewater Inn a favorite for visitors who enjoy exploring the charm of Charlevoix on foot. We’re also delighted to know that you found the property in good condition and enjoyed the comfort of Unit 229. Each of our individually owned condos is designed to provide both convenience and relaxation, and daily housekeeping helps ensure that everything feels fresh and welcoming for our guests. Our staff, available at the front desk until 10 p.m. each day, is always happy to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer local recommendations to make every visit as enjoyable as possible. Your kind words about our team mean a great deal, as they take pride in creating a warm and attentive atmosphere for all who stay with us. That said, we do sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with the toilet in Unit 229. While we are glad that this was the only negative aspect of your stay, we understand how disruptive and unpleasant such a detail can be. Please know that your comments have been shared with both housekeeping and maintenance so the concern can be resolved quickly.
