The condos have every upgrade available at Ocean Reef. It boast beautiful granite counter tops. Along with all new stainless steel appliances. Gulf front pool
Pier Park is only a mile and half away and Frank Brown Park is only two miles away. Minimum booking age 25 please. No pets per HOA

Two PCB landmarks are across the street. The Hidden Lagoon miniature golf course and go cart track are directly across the street. Both have been here for years. The miniature golf is the largest in PCB and the go cart track is the longest in PCB. The FunLand Arcade is across the street 100 yards down. It is the oldest and largest arcade in PCB and has a snack bar with all of the fountain ice cream treats. It has a mixture of the historic arcade items as well as the modern digital. It even has skee ball.

Ocean Reef is centrally located. You can be almost anywhere in PCB within 10-15 minutes. There is a street in front of the condo that goes directly to Back Beach Road(Highway 98) where there is a red light. You can go east or west from there. You are only a mile from middle beach road which is PCB's best kept secret. You can go anywhere east of the condo and not be in the traffic on Front Beach. The point is, you do not have to be stuck in the traffic on Front Beach unless you want to be.

The condo is beautiful and very clean. Our biggest issue was the elevators. There was only one elevator working for the whole complex. Luckily we are able to climb steps. If the elevators were working, it would have been the perfect get away.

Family vacation

Everything was listed super accurate! Very nice very clean. I was thrilled that the listing had the beach wagon to help tote stuff to/from the beach everyday and even the car. It also had an array of different beach/pool toys, even an umbrella we were able to use at the beach.The ONLY downfalls is the parking garage (very tight fit) & the elevator had two down at one point, and had wait times very long for quite awhile before finally opting to take the stairs. . Everything else was amazing! Will definitely be back!

The condo, the beach view, the oversized balcony and all the amenities were nearly perfect, but the parking was horrid! Our assigned parking spot meant my drivers side door was against a rough concrete wall & the spaces were so narrow I was forced to squeeze out causing my doors to get scraped. Two of the three elevators were working, the wait time was long & the cars were full when they arrived so we usually took the steps. I give it 4 stars because the condo itself was great.

Perfect!

Everything was clean, spacious and so much more than we ever thought it’d be!! Our stay was so spectacular we had an excellent time! The only down fall was we had to go back home! LOL

Perfect Location

I will for sure consider staying at the property again! The building is located at the end of a bunch of tall hotels - you can't put tents on the beach where the rental chairs are but since this is at the end, there was plenty of space for people to put up tents! Once we parked, we never got back in the car - we walked to restaurants and activities! It was actually double red flags the whole time but since there's an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub, my kids were entertained and the balcony is big so I just sat there enjoying the sun and breeze!

Before we got there, L. sent us pictures of our place and answered all my questions. The condo unit was clean, the kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home, the rooms were welcoming, the mattress was excellent, and the balcony was huge and comfortable! The pools and beach were easy to get to and the condo was in a good location to get to restaurants. I can’t wait to go back !!!!

Excellent rental!

Condo is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Fully stock kitchen as far as pots/pans/toater oven, stovetop and range, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Unit is beautifully decorated, quiet, and so enjoyable to sit on patio for breakfast and also in late vending for spectacular sunsets. The on-site garage parking is very tricky with narrow spaces, it take a bit of getting used to. They gentlemen at the security gates were also great sources of info regarding our stay. We were blessed by the use of an over-size beach cart, which was present in laundry room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Sea Ya At The Beach for your rental needs!

Beautiful View, Great Location

This family vacation will be remembered forever. This condo is beautiful , you can tell the owners really care about the property. It was comfortable ,beautifully decorated, has everything you need to cook or go to the beach and in the prefect location. The pool and hot tube were clean and the staff was very polite. It was a perfect family vacation. I would give it more stars if I could.

Beautiful

Beautiful home very clean had more than what I expected! Easy check in. Family oriented place to go to the beach! Condo has everything you will need and more. Beds very comfortable very spacious and one of the biggest balcony I have stayed at in Panama City Beach!!!

The parking deck is awful

It was hard getting in and out of the parking deck. If you are driving a SUV it takes a lot of turns and backing up just to get to the next level.

Stunning Views!

We had a perfect stay at the Ocean Reef condo in Panama City Beach! The view was spectacular, and the condo was impeccably clean and well-equipped with extras like boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella. The beds were very comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the balcony. We spent time every day on the balcony, enjoying lunch, having a drink, or reading a book. I highly recommend this place! The only downside was the parking garage, which was a bit chaotic, but that’s beyond the condo owner’s control.

We had dinner out there one night and breakfast daily. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Check in and out was incredibly easy and Lisa was easy to contact when I struggled with a door code. The Runaway Island restaurant right next door was incredible. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. Beach and pool are very easily accessible. My favorite thing about this condo was that there were beach toys, chairs, and even a wagon to make hauling to the beach a breeze. If I thought about needing something, it was there. We’d love to stay again!

This condo was my favorite condo I have ever stayed in. To say it was clean is an understatement. It was extremely clean. Everything worked as it should. The balcony was huge! One morning I tried cooking eggs and the skillet was horrible. The eggs stuck to the skillet. I messaged the manager and she had house keeping bring me a new one. She brought an ENTIRE set plus knives, bowls, etc! The only complaint I have on my trip was the rental chairs. They didn’t have arms and they were set up too close to each other. I’d recommend bringing or buying my own.

Beach stay

We loved the condo! Very easy check in. Property owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. Easy access to Pier Park and all of the restaurants. Walking distance to Runaway Island (great food!) and to a little ice cream shop across the street. Will most definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We were in town for my son to compete in the Ironman and stayed a few extra days for a quick getaway. The condo was very nice and would recommend to anyone!
