It would be beneficial that the "guest" be provided with a contact when needing essential information...if owners are not available. I had a serious problem at one point when there was no contact available. Essential would be a compresive list of condo and building requirements...rules, etc. How to use the entire building system. Simple mail boxes for example...My car licnence arrived in large envelope not fitting into normal mail box so a large orange plastic item with a key was placed in my mail box. I could not find out what the item was for a week and a half. Finally I was near boxes when postman arrived and he told me. That orange plastic meant that my mail was in a larger box with the special keyl Thankfuly because my car tags would have run out.
Essential an Emergency route map or directions should definitely be provided to guests.
