Just a quick five minute drive to Johnson's Beach or a quiet stroll to our communities private dock will have you in or near water in no time. Enjoy all the luxuries of being near the beach without the noise of neighbors above or beneath you. Home has been built with all the modern conveniences you expect and more!

Ideal for a family vacation, this beautiful property will meet all your needs. Aside from providing all the basics (Smart TVs, toiletry items, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer), we have also included fun extras such as room darkening pull down shades, blue tooth home audio, 300MB fiberoptic Wi-Fi, 140 can beverage fridge and a loft filled with video arcade games.

Don't forget to grab the provided boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and toys on your way out. Our goal is to make your vacation special so if you have any request before arrival, don't hesitate to ask.

Amenity center includes a community pool, bocce ball court, tennis courts, and oversized lawn chess with hours being dawn to dusk.

- No street parking, two spots are available for parking; one in garage and one in driveway.
