Cute cottage located in walking distance to the town of Fayetteville, trials for hiking, biking and close to the New River Gorge Bridge. Private back yard with covered patio, grill and fire pit, some outside games, corn hole and croquet. National Park starts at back yard. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room and more.

Amazing Home & Host

We totally enjoyed our stay during Bridge Day at New River Gorge National Park. Our host was extremely accommodating, available, and responsive. The home was perfectly located between the park and the downtown area in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very clean inside and out, with all the needed essentials to make our stay very comfortable. We would surely come back if ever in the area again, and highly recommend this home to anyone planning a future trip to the town/national park. There was an extensive trail system that you had access to right from the house. We took many short walks into town for breakfast, dinner or just an evening stroll. The park/bridge was also within a short walk and far enough off the main highway to be very quiet and relaxing. If I could, I would surely give this home/host a SIX STAR rating.

Perfect location

My son and I loved this house. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and within walking distance of fabulous cafés and restaurants in Fayetteville. It’s just a short drive to hiking trails and water adventures. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the nice touches like frosted beer mugs.

Close to everything

Perfect location. Walking distance to Fayetteville. A short drive to hiking and outdoors adventure. Host and neighbors were wonderful.

Great House Very Close to New River Gorge

The house was very clean and nicely decorated in a well kept, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and utensils. Three TVs were a nice touch in the living room and two bedrooms. The back porch table and chairs were inviting although we did not have time to see them considering our day trips. The property backs onto a wooded area adding to privacy. The location is great for those interested in hiking and river sports just minutes away.
