We enjoyed the layout of the condo, the pool was close by, and the location is great for accessing the beach and local eating options. It would be helpful to have the information for reserving the bikes and accessing other things included (golfing, Crab Island) as they require a couple days notification before you can get them. We loved having the gulf cart. Clearer communication as to the location of the gulf cart key would have been super helpful. The condo area is quiet and very family friendly. We love this area.

Great Stay-Better Communication for Amenities

Our stay was wonderful! The only improvement we would recommend would be communication for the golf cart and bikes. They said the golf cart was in the garage and there isn’t a garage. After we communicated they did send us a picture of the cart and communicated how to get the key. Once solved, it was great. However, we never did find bikes labeled for our room, even after looking through both racks twice. Overall though, a beautiful condo in a fantastic location.

Thanksgiving getaway

The condo was as described and very clean. I liked that there were quality pots and pans for a vacation rental. One thing to note for the twin bedroom is that we couldn't close the door with the way the beds are set up. The bed is a little bit too long (maybe if it didn't have a headboard it would fit better). The only reason I mention this is if you have small kids and the door is open they might wake up from light or noise. Also, we had a small glitch in that we didn't know which golf cart was assigned to us and we actually took the wrong golf cart out. (The key is universal for all carts of the same brand). The condo is close to beach access which was nice. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again.

Beach Time

Condo is exactly as described. Clean and comfy- about 200 yards from the beach. My only complaint is that there are way to many codes and companies to deal with. Explorie for golf and excursions, Vaycazens for beach chairs, Panama City Getaways for the condo. and if there is a problem, you have to call each individually. Gate code did not work, code to house did not work- we had to call management. There is also a code for the bikes, a code to get the gold cart keys- then you have to find the gold cart. The good news is, everyone we called was extremely helpful and patient. We would stay again- but surely there must be some way you can make one code for everything?

We understand the multiple codes and vendors can be a bit much, and we truly appreciate your patience. While we wish we could simplify it all, some codes—like the gate and bike locks—are managed by the HOA and third-party vendors, so they're outside of our control. That said, we’re happy to hear our team was helpful along the way. We'd love the chance to host you again for another relaxing stay!

Condo not acceptable

The property manager did not provide all / nor correct information before checking in. The condo was NOT inventoried and house keeping did not prepare condo prior to us moving in: light bulbs were out, dishwasher was loose and coming out from wall; originally only 3 hangers in each closet; the mirror in the master bedroom popped off wall. Third bedroom was very small and no storage area or closet for clothes. Only had 2 good nights of sleep due to ALL the late night loud noises. Took maintenance over 3 days to fix items. Had to keep calling, should not have had to call at. This is unacceptable service and what we paid, was way too HIGH! I would not recommend this property until it was updated and in working order 100% in order. Very disappointed, never rented a home / condo from VRBO like this one- never had any issues from any other rental.

Thank you for the review, Linda. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. We provide all vacation information to our guests before arrival. After checking our correspondence history, we see you hadn't received the lock box code for the golf cart key. We do not issue this code until we have verified the required information from our guest, including IDs and insurance. We looked into the timeframes between when your complaints were made and when we addressed them. On the day of your arrival, there were ten hangers in each closet and we delivered extras upon your request that same day. During that visit, we also delivered extra blankets and changed out the light bulb that was out. We brought an extra gas can for the golf cart on the day after your arrival, although the golf cart had plenty of gas to last your entire stay. We have record of your phone calls with four separate employees, and we were very disheartened to hear how you spoke to our staff during each call. We're sorry if your experience was not what you were hoping for. However, we feel our team members addressed your concerns timely and professionally.
