My family and I loved the condo and everything the property has to offer. Getting to the beach was easy, though it was a little longer than a 1-2 minute walk. Would definitely stay again

Love the place

This was our second time staying here. Love the location, amenities, condition, etc, but bring your own toilet paper and paper towels if you don't like the single ply.

we enjoyed our stay at gulf place residences. this apartment was clean, comfy and well stocked. we had a couple of questions for the property team and they were responsive. highly recommend!

Great stay at Gulf Place

Overall it was great. The condo is very nice and looks new. Gulf Place is in a great location. It was a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The only complaint was the floor looked clean but wasn’t clean with bare feet.

Unfortunately the condo was being pressure washed during our entire stay so we were unable to enjoy any time sitting on the patio. Then they got over spray on our car one day when we went out for a walk.

Property was very clean and beautiful. Love to the area! There were no amenities at all. No hairdryer or beach towels. Not even an extra roll of toilet paper. I was not prepared to bring or buy my own beach towels, toilet paper or hair dryer For a vacation rental.

Great Place

We loved our stay at Gulf Place and would definitely stay there again! There are a few things to note if you are coming soon. There are no extra toiletries items (shampoo, soap, etc so bring your own). There is no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags, so if you will be staying for more than a couple days bring your own. Another thing is we had very limited hot water. When we came in from the beach only about two of us had hit water, the rest of us had cold showers. Great place and great location. We will be back.

Gulf Place-great condo/grounds mediocre

The condo we stayed in was completely renovated and really nice. Grounds were not great. Pool was dirty and water was hot, not refreshing at all and no umbrellas/shade at the pool. Was a hike to the beach. Kids drove to it. Need to provide resort maps to guests so they know where to find things. We had trouble even finding the pool and had others stopping us asking where it was. We didn’t even bother trying to find other things.

Just not what I expected.

I felt like we were on the outskirts of the property and there was construction across the street. Not very pretty. Did not see many other people staying there. Pool and deck need updating-condo was wiped down, but not super clean. Floors were not clean at all.
