A lavish beachside vacation awaits you at this beautiful split plan 3-bed/2-bath, 2nd floor apartment located across the street from pristine beach. Spanning almost 1,700 sq ft with a private entrance, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy and gathering space for families and friends.

THE SPACE & BEDROOMS
• Primary en-suite 1 (North): King bed, large walk-in closet, and bathroom with a huge walk-in shower.
• Primary en-suite 2 (South): Queen bed, with a jetted tub/shower combo, and an attached kids' room with a full-size bed (accessible through the master).
• Work & Lounge: A dedicated sitting room/office space, a front balcony perfect for catching spectacular sunrises, and an upper back deck for watching the sunset.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY FEATURES
• EV Charging: Drive green during your stay with a dedicated 220-volt outlet in the 2-car garage to plug in your own EV charger.

I'm a published author. My latest book, The Friar Cave Mysteries, is an action and adventure mystery fiction that takes place on a paradise island off the Dalmatian coast of Croatia. My first book, Escape From Tyranny: Through a Child’s Eyes, is a memoir of my early childhood living in communist Yugoslavia.

My passion is world culture and I have traveled extensively to many parts of the world both for business and pleasure. I love Melbourne Beach and know you will too.

You can watch the sea turtle come to shore at night, as they have been doing for centuries. You can watch their hatchlings, during the morning hours, make their way to the sea. Besides swimming and surfing, you can find all sorts of water sports in Floridana or nearby.
