Condominium 1102 will provide you with astonishing views of the Sea of Cortes and the Morua Estuary. All bedrooms have balconies where you will enjoy either the sunrise or the sunset. Tessoro is an upscale resort with deluxe finishes and amenities like the direct access of the elevator straight to your condominium. Thanks to this feature, there are no noisy corridors in the back linking the condos to the elevators. Instead, you get a private balcony with a view, ideal for bird watching.

A beautiful unit in a well-situated building with spectacular views! Nicely furnished and perfect for our group of 6. Host Valery and property manager Manuel were very responsive each time there was an issue or question. Highly recommended.

We love the resort

We visit this resort a few times a year. It is an easy fun vacation. The condos are always nice and the staff is great. A great family vacation.

Fantastic location and view

The tide is so dramatic here with huge and small tide pools and surrounded by the estuary it was incredible. Pool isn’t heated but the hot tub is. Views are amazing!! Well stocked full kitchen.

Absolutely wonderful!

Such a great time! The views from the balcony are incredible and it's such a peaceful spot in Rocky Point. The condos are beautiful , much nicer than the average condo over on Sandy Beach. And Valerie was an amazing coordinator. Very responsive, though there wasn't really anything we needed that wasn't already there. I can't recommend this place enough! You don't have to deal with the crowds on other beaches. The only downside is that it is about a 15 minute drive into town, but that's what makes this resort / condo so peaceful. It's away from the busier beaches.
