The Bungalow - TINY COTTAGE

Tailored for those who love the TINY HOME experience (250 sq ft), The Bungalow offers an open concept efficiency with living room, kitchenette, and cozy upper loft sleep space. Walk-able to restaurants, pastry shops, and close to historic St. Augustine. Driving distance to St. Augustine's pristine beaches. Dedicated entrance and parking space. (**Access to the bed requires climbing a steep and narrow open tread staircase. Loft space ceiling too low for standing. The space is not recommended for those with ambulatory issues, poor balance, or unable to stand from a kneeling position.)

The kitchenette offers a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and two burner induction stove top. Cooking pots located in the base cabinet. The kitchenette is outfitted with plates, cups, and utensils. The kitchenette has a table and 4 chairs. This also doubles as a workspace. The living room has a couch, coffee table, and TV. The house has cable, and password protected WiFi. (The ground level couch doubles as secondary sleeper. This is the only sleeping space on the ground level).

The loft: There is a small cozy loft space with a full sized mattress up an open tread staircase. To set expectations, this is a small space, and is not conducive for anyone with accessibility issues. Refer to the photos and floor-plan drawing for clarity. There are natural wood stairs ascending to a secluded loft space with full sized mattress, storage bins, multi-color LED strip-lights, and nightlight for reading. If you need a second sleep space, the couch folds out to a queen sized sleeper.

Getting around:
Walk-able to restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, and close to historic St. Augustine. Driving distance to St. Augustine's pristine beaches. Just a block off San Marco Blvd. An easy 6 min drive or Uber to historic St. Augustine’s Visitor Center, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, and the shops of St. George. It’s only a 7 min drive to Vilano Beach. It’s a 20 minute drive to the pristine powdery sand of St. Augustine Beach and fishing pier. Within a 10 minute drive you will find Metro Cafe, Sunny’s BBQ, big box retailers, supermarkets, fast food, fine dining, beachwear, and anything you’d need during your stay.
