My wife and her friends had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Everything was as advertised. Location was perfect. The hot tub was a welcome at the end of their busy days. There was only a minor issue with the thermostat.

Great stay in Breckenridge

We truly enjoyed our stay at Cocobolo in Breckenridge. Beautiful property, close to all the main attractions in town, and a very attentive staff at Alpine Edge.

Great condo in a great spot.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for two families of four. House was top notch and all amenities were really nice. Will look to stay here again next time!

The house was amazing and had everything we could have needed. Location was perfect, close to everything. The hot tub was a definite plus with gorgeous scenery. We even got to see a moose!! Would definitely stay here again

Great location, cozy and clean

Super cute property located close to downtown- we stayed during the summer and could choose to walk- only thing I would change was they need more towels;)

Perfect location for a group

The house is so perfectly located close to the gondola and town. There is plenty of space for a large group of adults.

Great summer spot

Great property. We were a group of 6, good amount of room and great location. Close to the gondola for peak 8 and Main Street. We were able to walk to activities and restaurants. Hiking trails also very close.

Awesome location and accommodations!

This property was better than we expected! Location was perfect for walks into town as well as skiing back off the mountain at the end of the day. The owners & management made sure we had everything we needed for stay, the house has everything for cooking and stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thanks and hope to see you next year!

Ski trip Late Feb-Early March 2023

Nice, clean place to stay for a ski trip to the i70 ski mountains. Short (5-10min) walk to gondola and 5 min walk off the gondola ski back trail. Not too bad of a walk into town too.

Beautiful retreat

Really a great stay! In the summer, I’m sure the walk to town is easy! In the winter it’s a little challenging for elders, but myself and my kids did fine with the walk to the gondola. We walked to gondola most days and skied back to the condo. Beautiful property. Lots of room for everyone. Would stay here again

Beautiful Design Close to Nature

This is my new favorite condo to stay in! It is beautifully designed with unique styles for each room, yet all styles blend together. I really liked how three of the bedrooms all had access to the rear patio and hot tub, and how there were trees right next door to give the feeling of being in nature. Thanks so much for our stay!

Perfect Location!

We had 6 people stay here for my daughter’s surprise engagement! It was the perfect spot. Plenty of room and very clean. Nice big bathrooms. Really, the only complaints we have was we could have used more towels and we had issues with the coffee maker. Trails to walk were right out our front door, and an 8 minute walk to the Main Street of Breckenridge. Downtown Breckenridge was very nice! Great Mountain View’s, restaurants and shopping. A very quaint little town . We will definitely be back!

Good Stay, Roomy Condo

Very nice stay. The condo was extremely well outfitted - kitchen supplies, games, movies, laundry supplies etc. We had a couple of issues that we needed to call to Alpine Edge about, the response was excellent and very prompt (Thanks, Ryan). The house has had some wear and tear but overall it was very comfortable and had lots of space for our group. I agree with the other reviews that the ski in was pretty easy, but the walk to the gondola was rather long when wearing ski boots. It was a nice walk to town for dinner.

Friends and Family ski trip

Property was great other than a few minor issues, but none of those issues required calling property management. The property is beautiful, but is not the easiest walk to/from the Gondola as we had anticipated. In fact, we had someone stay home each day to run shuttle for our group because there is no bus access and walking to the Gondola didn’t seem like it was a good option. That did not deter from our stay being great on this trip since there was always at least one adult to stay home with a kiddo that doesn’t ski.
