Desert Oasis!

This condominium is a bright and airy 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom upper unit. There is a 7 day minimum stay.

Enjoy Sunsets and beautiful mountain views. This spacious and contemporary unit has been tastefully remodeled. It boasts a new fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious master bedroom with king-sized bed and spacious en-suite, and a cozy guest bedroom. A spacious living room furnished for comfort and two sun soaked balconies complete this vacation retreat.

This condominium includes a kitchen fully equipped with all small appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils. The linen closet is fully stocked with bedding and includes a hair dryer. Air conditioning, a 55'' flat screen television in living room and 32'' TV in the bedroom and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Wireless internet and a cable TV are available for your use.

Mesquite Country Club is located minutes away from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. It hosts an 18 hole golf course, club house, tennis courts, swimming pools, beautiful walking/biking trails and more. The landscaping is perfectly manicured and consistently maintained.

This unit has ample parking situated steps away from the front entrance. Relax and enjoy your stay at our condo at little piece of paradise.

Please note this a pet friendly home and despite thorough cleaning host CANNOT guarantee guest with allergies will not be affected. Please strongly consider NOT booking if you or anyone in your group has severe pet allergies.
Other things to note
In order to ensure our safety and those of our guests, we are taking every precautionary and safety measures recommended by health and state authorities in regards to Covid-19.
Our Units are professionally cleaned and all frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes and handles are disinfected prior to your arrival. In addition We will follow CDC guidelines and keep our unit a minimum of 24hrs in between guests.
We want you to know we are doing our part to help you stay safe and healthy.

Fun two weeks

Had a great stay on this property. The owners communicated well when needed. The condo was well appointed with amenities. The listing says that there is a golf course within minutes, but it has been closed for a few years. The best part is, it has become an amazing place to walk the trails and admire lots of birds. Overall we were pleased with everything.

Comfortable Mesquite CC Stay

A spacious condo with most of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with enough utensils and kitchenware to make meals, and we utilized the gas grill on several occasions. The floors could have used a little extra cleaning and we needed more towels and some better pool towels, but overall we enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay again.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and had all the amenities we needed. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and organized. But some areas on the walls and floors throughout the condo need to be washed, and the rug in the dining area needs to be cleaned or removed. We did enjoy the pools. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Updated Condo In A Great Location

Mesquite is a centrally located complex with easy access to everything in Palm Springs and is a very well maintained complexThe condo had been nicely updated, but given it’s a rental, there are minor nicks and scratches on some furniture which is to be expected to some degree given these units see a lot of people coming and going.It is equipped with basic cookware and wished there was a broiler pan. The washer and dryer both have a smaller capacity, so for a family it may take quite a while to do a larger load of clothesThe master bed is comfortable with a low profile mattress. The shower head in the master bath is quite low and the one in the smaller bath is much higher for some reason.As is the case with most places I have rented over the years, the water pressure is not the best and it does take quite a while to get hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sinksOverall I would recommend staying here. Very good communication with the owners and easy check in/check out instructionsDon’t be fooled….Some listings in Mesquite say it has an 18 hole golf course. The course has not been in operation for a few years now and is now a nature preserve

Palm Springs condo

The layout and location of the property is excellent but it is dirty! Walls, cabinets, baseboards, grates, kitchen utensils , all need cleaning. Outside patio and stairs filled with leaves. Could be nice.

Lovely vacation rental

We had a lovely week! The condo was conveniently located near anything we needed. Minutes from the airport, downtown and grocery stores. We also enjoyed the pools and played tennis daily! The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5!

Good basic accommodations

The property was as advertised. It was clean and convenient. One lovely bonus was the room with two beds was spacious with full sized beds…hard to find in rentals. They do need a few supplies. There were two wash cloths for 4 people, no wine glasses. The kitchen had no regular coffee machine. It would be nice to have a shower caddy. No sharp knives. The property manager was very responsive to any queries. Good value stay.
