Welcome to 509 South Hampton – this truly exquisite condo is perfect for your beach getaway!! This lovely condo features a large and open living area with balconies off both sides of the living room and off the dining room. The living room has a huge 65” TV, sleeper sofa and comfy recliner! The dining area has seating for six at the table and an additional 4 at the bar. In the well-appointed kitchen you’ll find a gorgeous counter height bar with plenty of space to prep, cook and eat!! Step into the enormous master to find two queen beds, a completely remodeled ensuite – with walk in shower, and private balcony! The serene guest bedroom is almost as expansive as the master, it also has 2 queen beds, a remodeled ensuite, with a lovely tiled shower/tub combo, and a private balcony. Each balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the absolutely magnificent views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean!!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. There is a small service elevator right next to the unit which is convenient. Property is located right above the beach access. Also, quick walk to the water park. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Balconies all around the unit. Communication was efficient and staff were very helpful. Will definitely reserve this unit again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described. Direct access to the beach with less people than the other larger resorts just to the north. Quiet location but a short walk to the Embassy Starbucks and restaurant via the connecting bridge to Embassy or the boardwalk. We loved the balcony views in the morning and afternoon. Unit is spacious and has balcony access from both bedrooms. Great location and great view! Will stay here again!

No need to get back in the car after we arrived. The on-site restaurants were great and the beach bar was a great place to relax. The Condo was beautiful with great decor and bedding!Our only problem was no paper towels,toliet paper,or dish washing liquid when we arrived! The vacum cleaner did not operate and we would have been glad to sweep acouple of times if it ran.?.? We have stayed at Kingston at all Towers and lodges and this was certainly in our top 3!!

This unit is our favorite, it is comfortable and roomy. Two patios give a beautiful view. As described the property is clean and well maintained, great amenities. The managers are great to work with. The perfect accommodations...

We were four tired working moms in need of a kid-free weekend getaway. This was the perfect place for it! The views were incredible. The kitchen was well-stocked so we were able to cook. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you!!!

We plan to book it again if available next year. Only suggestion is a couple more trash bags be left for kitchen and possibly a larger trash can for kitchen. Other then that this unit works great for us!

Well enjoyed

Very clean and pleasant property. Quiet and well maintained unit. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the washer and dryer. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Escape

This was a very lovely, comfortable, cozy place for my 2 sisters and I to relax and enjoy our time together. The comforts and necessities of home were many and the place was very clean. The views are amazing. We had a small issue with the internet access (simple mistake on the instructions provided) that maintenance was able to resolve in a timely manner. We were already familiar with Kingston Plantation but for those who are not, the convenience to food & shopping is wonderful. We will certainly consider returning on future trips.

Outstanding oceanfront rental

My husband and I could not have enjoyed our stay more. The unit was spotless and decorated so beautifully and comfortably, we felt like we were staying in a model home. There were gorgeous ocean views from three patio areas, and the building is located within very easy access to the beach. We would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for the very best accommodations possible for a Myrtle Beach vacation. Many thanks to the owners for our delightful stay in their beautiful condo!

lovely condo

this property was exactly as described check in process was easy loved beach and easy to walk back for lunch nice to have hotel amenities also my only gripe was not having beach chairs for a family to fly in and then they charge $45 a day for two chairs and umbrella was ridiculous so maybe either get a few chairs for guests to use or ensure guests bring some of their own (hard when flying) I ended up buying chairs and an umbrella at eagles as I refused to pay that kind of money but other than that the condo was beautiful and clean and I love that they provided starter paper towels and dish soap and laundry detergent and shampoo conditioner and soap nice touch! I would come here again and recommend to friends and family
