With a Gulf-facing balcony, you'll love the view this condo offers with access from living room and master bedroom! The building is across street from the Gulf but most amenities are directly on the Gulf side with access via an enclosed crosswalk. On the Gulf side, you'll have access to an outdoor pool with a lazy river, hot tub as well as a gated boardwalk to the beach. There is a second outdoor pool on the same side as the complex, as well as restroom areas, BBQ area, and a fitness center.

THINGS TO KNOW
Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view

Set up is great and the view is just like in the photo, just better! The place is clean enough and decorated okay- but if you don't plan to stay in your room much, it's more than adequate. Otherwise, the fixtures have some rust and dust, living room and kitchen furniture seems placed hodgepodge. Love the deck! Bring your own TP for comfort. No extras in kitchen like coffee pods, spices, etc., so you need all that if you plan to cook or drink coffee. You can't take the provided beach cart through the big tunnel. You can't take take it outside across the street then into the pool area with the gate code to get to the beach gate. Awkward. Beach umbrella doesn't work well. We did not try the big canopy, but it would be nice. All the beach supplies are a plus, but no beach towels; 2 beach chairs. Loved the pools and hot tubs! The beach is great, too (if no purple flag/marine pests like jellyfish). We drive to Pensacola one of the days, as they had green flags (mild and no jellyfish).

Our first Gulf Shores visit!

Loved the location of this condo and access to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded. Gulf Shores is such a fun place with lots of great food and things to do. This condo could use some improvement with cleanliness and noise levels. The main pool tended to have lots of people by late morning, recommend going to the smaller pool.

Just as described!

The condo 906 was a great stay. Ample room. Easy stroll to the beach via the crosswalk; the only way to enter, by the way. We did not realize this and crossed the street from the ground, had to turn around and use the elevator...lesson learned! The larger pool had a maintenance issue after the first day of our stay, but no problem, there are two pools! I personally came for the beach, but used the smaller pool and hot tub (amazing). I would recommend using this unit. My biggest negative would be THE WORST TOILET PAPER EVER... Don't be worried to rent this Condo.

This was a short weekend trip for gymnastics meet so didn’t spend much time in the room, but the room was clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, needs updating

Overall I think this is a good location with easy beach access. I just did not feel the condo was very clean. A lot of the furnishings and pillows had stains and signs of wear. Shower curtains had visible mold. I realize you are at the beach and it is difficult to keep these types of properties in good shape, but it was a little gross.

Loved Crystal Tower

I loved all of the amenities of this condo. Indoor pool, sauna, workout area, two outdoor pools with hot tubs. The walkway across the road was nice. Beds were comfortable and overall we would stay there again. Could use some updates to the bathrooms.

Great condo

We loved this condo! It was clean and comfortable. The pools were great and the view from the balcony was great. The crosswalk is air conditioned so being across the street is not bad at all! This complex has great amenities and a nice staff!

Fun and comfortable

We enjoyed all the pools, hot tubs and beach! Our unit was cute. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion was to have more silverware! Not enough forks for our group...we bought plastic.

Great Vacation

This was our first time staying at Crystal Tower. It was booked as a last minute Fall Break trip. The condo is conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions nearby. The room is just off the elevator on the 9th floor, so it was easily accessible. The elevators did get crowded at times, but nothing over a 5-10 minute wait. The beach is just a short walk, but the covered (and air conditioned) walkway made it nice. The condo itself was clean upon arrival. The master bedroom was comfortable with a large bathroom and closet. The second bedroom ms mattress was not comfortable at all. It definitely needs to be upgraded to something with more cushion. The AC was cold all throughout the condo other than the second bedroom. It was always warmer in there. The bedding/ comforter in all the bedrooms was very thin! Hardly any weight. And no extra bedding or blankets throughout the condo. We ended up having to buy extra comforters. Also, the toaster was not working. Not a big deal, just couldn’t have toast. We were able to adjust and adapt and ended up having a great vacation. There were many options for pools & hot tubs. Although the main pool seemed very dirty. Not a reflection of the condo owner, but Crystal Tower needs to do some maintenance.

Fantastic Stay!

The space and area was great and the location could not have worked better for us! Each of us spent time in the various pools, hot tubs and of course...AT THE BEACH! The condo was clean and well maintained. We made use of the beach items left for use. The view from the balcony was wonderful! Thanks for the memories!

The apartment was sufficient for our family of four. The bathrooms were the nicest part - very spacious. The kitchen was supplied with all the reasonable resources we needed. There were a few snafus. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa—found that out on night one after driving all day. The Keurig did not work—found that out on our first morning. Both of these issues were resolved by the afternoon of our first full day. Then we discovered the dryer didn’t work. That issues wasn’t resolved until the afternoon before we checked out. (We were there for a week.) aside from that, the pools and facilities were clean and nice. There were lots of young families but we never felt crowded. The patio was very comfortable. Loved being able to see the ocean and the waterway. We had a quiet and restful week.
