The Irene invites you to come and relax on the ocean! You'll enjoy a magnificent oceanfront and bayside view from this sixth-floor end unit - very few homes in Ocean City offer such a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay in one property. Enjoy watching the sunrise on your large ocean-side balcony and then have dinner watching the sunset on the bayside private balcony. Inside, you'll find an open space decorated with cheerful beach decor. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for eight or grab a barstool for a casual meal. Two separate TV areas and in-home WiFi provide indoor entertainment options; four TVs have Roku devices, and there is a DVD player with many DVDs.

You'll also have access to shared amenities, including a gym and game room. The 75 foot ocean front pool is open June 1 through Labor day weekend (subject to change per building management)

The only thing missing from this perfect Ocean City vacation scene is you!

THINGS TO KNOW
The king beds are split kings.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

OC Great Stay

Renting with Vacasa went very smooth and would definitely use Vacasa in the future. Cleanliness, both ocean and bayside views, unit was decorated nicely and liked that us 6 adults (3 couples) had queen bed and 2 kings. Wouldn’t change that since it’s hard to find rooms for just adult couples renting. Also convenient to have 2 available parking spaces

Nice Place to Stay in a Great Location.

Super easy check in/out and adequate parking (July 4th). Condo views are great as well as the beach access. Would definitely book this place again.

This condo was beautiful with amazing views there are little things that need fixed but other then that I would highly recommend this condo for other families the space in the condo was perfect for 3 children and 4 adults I have stayed at other condos in the Irene and this condo is the best one

Place was great. Clean. Plenty of room gorgeous view felt very private two things. . Very easy access to a lot of things in walking distance and the bus is right there highly recommend.

Great place but not clean

We love the space, it accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably. Only issue was the bedding and the floors. The showers and toilets were clean. Just inspect everything before sleeping on the beds especially if there are young children with medical problems. We will definitely stay again.

We loved the location, peaceful and relaxing.

The property and corner lot was amazing. Being just steps from the ocean was amazing. The enclosed pool was horrible and very disappointing. The tv did not have cable access so that was not good for us. Overall we would love to come back again!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Condo & Location

We loved this property however the beds were terrible. We found the sofa beds were better than the beds for comfort. Also, they needed more towels to accommodate 4 woman. Lastly we never got into the pool as our code wouldn’t work but we enjoyed the beach so we were happy. Would love to come back again.

Cozy OC paradise

This condo was conveniently located, away from the busyness of the Boardwalk, yet close to many activities and shops, including a Food Lion within walking distance. It was secure and quiet. Everyone we ran into was friendly and hospitable. We very much enjoyed the privacy and being steps away from the beach. Our only complaint was the shortage of bath towels and washcloths. I don't think it would be too much of an inconvenience to provide a couple more. We look forward to visiting again!

Decent stay on the beach

We loved being right on the beach. The condo was spacious and comfortable. There was no one at the desk when we got there but registered our car online and then paid the $60 the following day. We didn’t know the indoor pool closed after Labor Day so very disappointed about that. There’s a few things that need replaced: the lone frying pan, the shower curtain in the bathroom, the tiny coffee maker (all are not in good shape). There was also no baking sheet or flat pan.

Perfect spot

This was the great place for our family vacation. 5 of us including two adult children. I just wish the one room had two separate beds. But have to say the pull out couch was the most comfortable one I have been on. The end condo was perfect with private balcony! Very clean , super easy check in and out. The indoor pool was nice. No out door pool but was not necessary. Nice game room with air hockey and pool which were free to play. Provided towels and linens was a definite plus! Big kitchen for a condo with lots of seating. Walking distance to a ton of stuff but far enough away from the boardwalk and all the heavy traffic. Can’t say enough about this place would definitely return

If you enjoy an outdoor pool this has none

We booked this condo because the description at the time read, "Shared outdoor Pool ." It also included photos of said pool.This was not the case. Very disappointed. Owner tried being helpful with borrowing a shared beach wheelchair for my mobility issues. The condo is decorated very lovely and the view is amazing.

There is no shared outdoor pool!

Overall, the rental unit was nice. However, it says in the property description that there is a shared outdoor pool. This is not true! The outdoor pool belongs to the condominium building next door and they do not allow anyone from the Irene Condominium to use it. My family and I were literally thrown out of the pool after only entering for 5 or so minutes. I contacted Vacasa (the management company for Irene 607) multiple times in order to clarify the situation but nobody seemed to care. I thought it was very unfair and deceitful to claim to have access to an outdoor pool when, in fact, this is not true. But again, nobody from Vacasa, seemed to care or wanted to help. Do not book this unit if you want/expect an outdoor pool!

Health Hazard

Huge amount of pigeon droppings on a balcony that must be walked through to enter 607. Owner left a note to enjoy the pigeon and 2 babies. Two- to four full size pigeons are living there. After a couple days, the droppings from a massive pile began to blow all over the balcony and door entrance. Impossible to enter/exit without tracking bird poop into condo and building hallway. There is a medical condition in our group and a minor that makes histoplasmosis very high risk. Pigeons briefly left one day and texted owner for cleanup but they returned by morning. Had texted pic.s to owner who said he would call manager for removal and had let the now full size birds hatch there in about July. No clean up was ever done. Called local Vacasa, as managing rental after waiting for promised clean up a couple days. Sent photos of the bird poop pile and mess to Vacasa and they acknowledged the problem. They also said they had no one to clean it and were sending Louis from management over but he never showed. Spoke with The Irene office, who had nothing to do with rental, about massive pigeon poo problem. They said the owner was told to get rid of them previously. One bathroom was never cleaned before arrival and left very dirty. Vacasa sent someone to clean about 24 hours after notifying. Wish I could post the pictures here that I sent to the owner and Vacasa of the bird poop mountain and welcome mat at the door with droppings all over it. This bayside balcony unusable for sunset viewing with this hazardous mess. Vacasa also said I would be getting an email and follow up from corporate. No response yet.

Condo was clean and well equipped. It was nice that towels, sheets and starter kits were supplied. Loved the balconies on bayside and Oceanside. The waves were too rough due to storms but plenty of games and tvs for inside activity. Also used the pool a lot. Easiest registration and departure ever! Will come back again and look forward to booking this room again.

Made for a perfect getaway!

This light and bright condo was so perfect! Lovely furnishings, up to date electronics and a picture perfect location. I loved that it was an end unit. The fact that you could enjoy mornings Surfside and afternoon bay sunsets all within your own private space was just lovely. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend.
