Our overall experience was great. The owner was quick to respond to questions and messages. The house was very clean and updated in regard to appliances, flooring, furniture, etc. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and you are very close to downtown, Falls Park, restaurants and shopping. We did not use the hot tub for a couple of reasons…It was quite muggy and hot and but mainly because it is not very private as the the yard does not have privacy fencing and there are neighbors on both sides. My one recommendation would be to replace the bulbs with brighter LED bulbs in every fixture as the home is very dimly lit. A guy may not be bothered by this, but as a female trying to put on makeup, it was challenging. All that being said, I would recommend this property as it is very well taken care of and the owner is easy to work with.

This house was perfect for our youth baseball trip in Sioux Falls! 3 of us enjoyed relaxing between games in front of the huge TV after a nice soak in the hot tub. The house was very neat and the hosts were quick to respond to questions! It had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home!

We LOVED this HOME!! Beautifully renovated (reminded us of our childhood) huge TV, we arrived later than expected (my work schedule prevented an earlier arrival). Our Host was very attentive before & throughout our stay, and afterthis was an incredible experience for us especially since this was an unexpected trip. We appreciate our host, their home, and hope in the future we can stay again, just a little longer. A truly beautiful home with an incredibly comfortable bed!! We brought our own pillows(we do this anywhere we go), the communication, home had everything we neededcould not be happierThank you!!

We enjoyed our short stay in Sioux Falls and this charming house was located in a perfect location to get around and check the local scene out. Everything we needed was only minutes away by driving. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions so we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was cute and accommodated our senior dog who enjoyed the yard.

I am apart of a local non-profit for Veterans called: One Leg B4 the Other - we put pants on homeless and disabled veterans. Our mission is to support veterans facing weight changes or hardship, helping restore comfort, dignity, and confidence as they transition to civilian life.

I love this property because the location is perfect and it is newly renovated. The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away. The Lounge is close to: the Sanford hospital, downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Midco Arena, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

We pride ourselves on customer service and we want to ensure you have the best experience staying with us. We also choose high quality mattresses that are top notch! We use the brand of beds called JUNA and our guests love them.
