Pelican Pointe offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check-In is 4pm | Check-Out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased at the guard shack for $50 (price subject to change, limit 2). It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay.

Birthday girls trip

Condo had an awesome view so we spent a lot of time on the deck looking and listening to the Gulf. Some of the furniture could use some updating. MB king size bed is very noisy. A couple items to add to the kitchen like pizza cutter, scissors, salt and pepper. We did have an issue with the air conditioner and they came out right away. Be prepared to pay for parking 50 for the week.

Good view/location NEEDS DEEP CLEANING

Good location. Property Mgr. & security nice. Had to clean filthy dishes/pans/glasses/utensils before use. Furniture needs cleaning. Bath/kitchenTile grout filthy. Dirty jacuzzi. Missing tiles on balcony are a trip hazard. Bath needs slip proof mat. Had to pay 50/monthly parking pass for FOUR NIGHTS! Whole place needs deep cleaning and makeover. If you don’t mind screaming children, a kiddy pool is directly below unit.

Great views!

The condo lacked some updates. Broken tiles, sliding door in master bedroom was not sliding, and master bathroom sink had some cosmetic issues to list a few. Great location and accommodations on site. Second floor allowed for noise levels to be louder from the main floor. Would book again. All bedrooms had balcony access. Loved the layout and balcony furniture.

Five Star Fifty and Fabulous Trip!

We had a wonderful stay. A group of 8 women, childhood friends, celebrating our 50th year! This space provided everything we needed, EXCELLENT location with FABULOUS views feom every room!

Spacious

Very spacious for our family of 8. Loved the location and the ease of check in and communication with owner. The negative is the floors were a bit dirty and the wrap around porch had lots of missing tiles that were chipped and broke . The babies kept falling and tripping. Very much so a hazard.

Surprised relaxed

Peaceful. Not as crowded as other places. Plenty of things for kids and relaxing for adults. Food in a sounding area was pricey but quality was good.

Beautiful, serene condo

The balcony is amazing! Having a corner unit gives a phenomenal view. All bedrooms access the balcony, which is great. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The only thing we wished was that the unit had beach towels and a few basic things in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. and a few games.

Disappointing rental

I was actually quite disappointed with the rental, especiallyafter reading so many hours reviews. While the location was good, the unit is not well kept at all. 2 of the bedroom sliding doors do not have functioning locks so we had to wedge a piece of wood in the kids room door for safety. The balcony was filthy and some of the balcony furniture is broken and could not be used. The tiles on the balcony are also in poor condition, loose and broken. The window coverings were ripped and yucky. As for the property, the pool was so filthy the first day we went down that I had to use the tools available to clean it myself. There were balls of hair all over the bottom of the pool along with lots of other debris. I will not be booking a condo in this building ever again.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had great view of the beach and Gulf. It was great inside but needs some attention/updating. The biggest concern is we couldn’t find any usb ports to charge our devices. Also, # 201 Felican Pointe - under cabinet lites missing bulbs - hallway and exit lights not on at dark (hard to key in entry code) - toilet roll Holder 2ND bath - loose to wall - wall plate under cabinet missing screw - Door stops missing - magnifying mirror not working.

Great break in Orange Beach

Very nice condo with great location and beautiful on beach venue. Loved listeing to waves while enjoying, on balcony, coffee in morning and wine in afternoon/evening. Easy access to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Will be back!!!

Week getaway before Christmas.

Spent a week in Orange beach area. Quiet time for tourism. Drove up to Foley/ Daphne areas and enjoyed the week. Beach walking was great. Weather cooperated. Property was great. Easy access. Would definitely return and would recommend to anyone we know.

Great location and loved the wrap around deck. (The deck tiles were missing and sharp) Comfortable beds and nicely stocked kitchen supplies. Floors were very dirty.
