Come enjoy our private, gated 3600 sq ft Villa located in Estate Bakkero with 270 degree ocean views. Isla Vista Estate is a premier St Thomas Legacy Property that was once a former Governor's retirement home. It is located above the Westin and is convenient to town and beaches. The main house features 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths, large deck and pool and flex sunroom with trundle daybed.

Welcome to our newly renovated villa, the perfect retreat for families or couples seeking a memorable vacation. With three ensuite king bedrooms and a versatile flex room, there's ample space everyone. Enjoy quality time in the great room with a 14-person dining table or unwind on the spacious outdoor decks featuring an outdoor bar and seating for up to 12. Our Caribbean villa is fully equipped with everything you need, from a stocked kitchen to beach gear, ensuring your stay at Isla Vista Estate is both comfortable and enjoyable. There are 3 ensuite king bedrooms and a flex sunroom with a daybed that converts to 2 twins. All rooms have TV's, & Wifi Our popular Caribbean Villa has everything you will need. Bring nothing but your bathing suits! Linens, bath and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach toys, floaties, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Our vacation rental villa was designed with your needs in mind. Comfortable and with a bit of personality, each one of our rooms will make your stay at Isla Vista Estate easy and fun.

Incredible Property for Large Families

We stayed here with two families of 6 each. The house is laid out perfectly for two sets of parents and a bunk room for kids. The kitchen is huge and the dining table is massive. The pool is gorgeous and was perfect for all of us to enjoy. The property manager, Antoinette, is a gem and responds promptly. Location of the property is equal to all beaches—about 20 minutes to any given beach. The views are off the chart.

St. Thomas perfection!

This villa was exactly what we were looking for during our stay on St. Thomas. This villa is equipped with everything you need. We were a party of 10, 4 adults and 6 children, and it was perfect for all. The pool was fabulous, but the views during the day and especially at night were even better. Ocean views were plenty, and this villa offers exceptional views of Water Island, the cruise ship port, and the stunning night views of Charlotte Amalie. This villa offers a short drive to anywhere on the island. The owners of the property were great in addressing any questions we had, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay.

Ax extra special property

Lovely property with new furnishings. Nice to have the pool with the adult children along. Made lots of use of kitchen and grill and eating outside. Super comfy beds. Solar powered, no problems with losing power. Loved this place.

Picture yourself enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the Caribbean Sea and views of Buck Island, French Cap and even St Croix on a clear day. Isla Vista Estate is centrally located above the Marriot Frenchman's Cove and is convenient to town and beaches.
The Main Villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, large deck and pool and is perfect for 3 couples or 2 families with children. You can rent also rent the studio to accommodate and additional couple or family.
