Great location, safe place for kids,(traveled with 3 kids under 12. There was some rowdy kids that caused us to leave the pool early twice but the condo was nice and wel equipped.

The condo was spacious and very clean. Short/easy walk to the beach. Pool is great with a large shallow area for kids. Covered parking was an awesome perk. We loved the rooftop area for picnics, and the view from our own balcony was great too.

Great family stay

Overall, zero complaints on this property! It was spacious and clean. It was plenty of space foe my family with two teens. It was an easy walk to the beach and great views. I had limited interactions with the host but that wasnt an issue. We didnt have any problems that required us to reach out. Check in and check out was super easy. You definitely need a car to go anywhere but the beach but we liked being off the busy area. Overall, great location and we enjoyed our trip.

July 4th Vacation

We had a wonderful time - the condo was well stocked in the kitchen- we cooked every night- and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for my family, the pool was nice, the walk to the beach was not too far and the property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

I have been going to Ft Morgan for years and have stayed at the Indies several times. This condo was probably one of my favorite - exactly as advertised and perfect for our group. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils/pots and pans, and the condo is clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed! The view is great also. We visited the rooftop in the evening. Even spent a little time in the pool and hot tub one night. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

The condo itself was fine. The overall building could use some upgrading. The elevators were not in good working conditions. One day they worked the next they didnt.

It was everything we expected

We had stayed in the same building 3 years prior. Our stay was great. Beach is 5 minute walk and a good pool is located on site. The roof lounge is underrated and great in the mornings/evenings. A good time was had by all.

Great family vacation and great condo

We've been vacationing at the Indies for over a decade now. This unit was great - as we've come to expect for units at the Indies. Easy to book, easy check in, easy check out. Great vacation!

First family vacation

The host was excellent in responding. The overall property was under renovation so there were cranes in the front parking area. We couldn’t access the 8th floor to the rooftop patio. The condo was well worth the price. The pool and hot tub was great also. A short walk/drive to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded and well maintained. Just far enough away from the busy tourist area of Gulf Shores! Visited Fort Morgan but it rained on us as soon as we drove up. We would definitely visit again.

The property was very nice, condo, pool, etc. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that it wasn’t cleaned properly. Also not that the owner can help but we’ve stayed at the Indies 3 different years or tried to and every year they are doing some kind of construction. One year we couldn’t use the balcony, one year we couldn’t use the pool, this year the parking lot was limited and the roof access was closed due to them working on the roof.

Great stay & communication

The owner was quick to respond to my messages and address any concerns appropriately. The condo had all the things we needed. It there were 6 people (2 kids under 5 and 4 adults) in our condo. We had plenty of space and could have easily lived with 2 more adults. The location to the beach was great with a short 5 minute walk from room to ocean. The pool was very nice with a 1 & 1/2 foot part ideal for toddlers/babies. The drive to restaurants, activities, and shopping was not unreasonable. I would stay at the condo again in the future.

Lovely Stay in Fort Morgan

We had a wonderful trip! The condo is just as advertised and had a lovely view of the gulf. The beach is a quick walk away, and you can’t beat the low crowds of Ft. Morgan. We will definitely be back!

Three friends came down for golf and beach.

Had a great stay. Group played golf and spent time at beach. Condo was clean and convenient for golf courses and great places to eat. If heavy traffic not your thing, then this is the place to be.

You're property is beautiful and very comfy! Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Appreciated the instructions and reminders on the appliances, etc. The code to the pool gate was not updated, but the management company was able to give us the correct one. Other than that, we thought everything was great and our expectations were happily met. We would definitely recommend your place to friends!

We fell in love with Ft Morgan due to the solitude, peace and quite and its isolation from this hectic busy world. The Indies is located at the end of peninsula near historical Ft Morgan and only a ferry ride away from Dauphin Island Alabama and the city of Mobile.
