There is a fenced-in playground available with tennis & basketball courts. Access the Junction and Breakwater bike trail, which is located across from the community entrance. PARKING: There is a private driveway for four cars, and there is plenty of overflow in the community. Do not park on the street.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
