Pet Policy

We happily welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or less each).
A $300 pet fee per stay applies for up to two dogs.
If you’re bringing pets, please check the “I’m traveling with pets” box during booking so the fee is included.

To keep the home comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask:
- Pets stay off furniture
- Dogs remain leashed in the front yard
- Owners clean up after their pets
- Additional pets may be considered with prior approval and an additional fee.

Lovely home

The house was lovely. We had a very nice time. Close ride to ferries. Nice quiet neighborhood centrally located to activities. Umar was very helpful. Would stay again.

Great location

The property is in a great location. It’s close to beaches, restaurants and amenities. The property was clean and had a nice yard and deck. We were able to easily get to smugglers beach in a few minutes by car.

Close to everything

House was in a great location with easy access to everything. House was clean and kept well. Comfortable furnishings. A/C nice and cold. Very pleased with stay. Family had a blast!

Family getaway

We had a great time with 6 adults , 2 children & family dog with plenty of room. The house was really nice, very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Location is close to the beach and many activities in the area. The owner was very helpful & responded quickly to any questions.

Great property!

We stayed here for a long weekend in March. The house is just a short car ride or walk to various beaches. We have two dogs and they loved the completely fenced in yard. The outside porch area is big and great for relaxing.

Loved the location.

We enjoyed our visit to cape cod. The owner was quick with communication and answering questions. The location was close to all the shops and the beach. We had a two families consisting of 4 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room to spread out.

Perfect Spot on the Cape!

Our family came to the Cape to meet up with other nearby family members and it was heaven. The house was just perfect -- clean, roomy, relaxing -- with a big fenced-in back yard and deck. It was just down the road from the beach, and walking distance to coffee and bagels. We dreamed this would be a great location -- and it was! We all comfortably slept and relaxed here and were all oh, so grateful for this delightful getaway!

Another Perfect Stay

This was our second time staying at this property for our vacation and it was perfect. It's a lovely, comfortable, and clean home that is conveniently located. The fenced yard is enormous and our dog had a great time too. The property instructions were clear and simple. Much better than a lot of rentals that give you three pages of chores to do on top of a high cleaning fee. Check in and check out went smoothly and the keyless entry worked flawlessly. I wish I could think of more to say...I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Just returned from an enjoyable week at this property with my wife, our son, our daughter and her husband and their two kids ages 3 years and 4 months. We also had 2 dogs. Three bedrooms worked out great for our group. Owner very responsive. Contacted 4 times when packing for some details on what the house has and each time he responded within 10 minutes. House is the best stocked of anywhere we have stayed. Especially in the kitchen and beach chairs and toys. Fenced in backyard very useful with the 2 dogs. Less than a mile to the closest beach and several beaches, restaurants and services within a couple miles. Would recommend to others.

Great stay

Location was great, house was clean. A lot of cameras around the property, I believe 5 outdoor cameras, 2 in which have audio to listen, not a big deal, nothing to hide. Suggest getting 2 trash bins, we are in the first 3 nights of our stay and it filled rather quick, asked for service to empty before it started to stink with seafood, said it only comes Saturday or I have the option to pay 5$ drop off at the town dump. Seemed a little crazy at the time, especially when your spending 5k.. but we made it work. Also, we set the temp at in the house to 70 degrees, it only has a downstairs thermostat, it felt 75 degrees upstairs considering it was 70 downstairs. We noticed every time we came home the temp would go up to about 74 downstairs making it feel almost 80 upstairs. I don’t know if the scheduling was set for this or the owner was changing the temp on us.. I tried going thru the thermostat to see if I could just get it to stay 70.. wouldn’t let me. This was my biggest issue, come off the beach and it hot in the house.. Overall very clean, easy to communicate with him. I would recommend.

Timothy, thanks for the stay and honest review. Please note it’s a smart thermostat that senses presence. I find it somewhat of strange that you would think that someone was changing the temperature setting every time you left the house. Please know that’s not the case. As for trash, the barrel should hold ~8 trash bags, which should be plenty for 7 days stay. I understand you had extra trash which got picked up on Saturday. Anyways thanks for your stay, and have a great rest of the summer.

Great Location and Excellent Communication with Owner

This was just about a perfect rental for us. We go to the Cape for 2-3 weeks every summer and have rented a lot of houses. My absolute favorite thing about this house was that there were no crazy cleaning requirements. I've had my fill of paying high cleaning fees and then they leave you a page long list of chores that results in spending the last day of your vacation cleaning. I even had one that made us take the trash to the dump! BUT, there was none of that here. Check out was entirely reasonable. I also loved the showers (handheld sprayers in all of them) and the beds were the most comfortable we've had in a rental to date. All of the appliances worked great. Communication with the owner was seamless. Really, really appreciated being able to take my dog, and he loved the huge backyard. My only suggestions for improvements would be a few dish towels, a couple more hand towels, and washcloths. My husband would've liked an awning or some other means of shade on the deck, but I wasn't bothered much by that. The AC happened to be on the way out, but the owner let me know and it's being replaced. Fans were dropped off and pretty effective. Anyway, we had a great time for our 25th anniversary and I'd recommend this rental without hesitation. It's a lovely home. Thank you, Umar.

Nice house. Great location.

Only a few things that would have been nice to have. Place mats for dining room table. A few face cloths and some dish cloths. Also some beach towels so we didn't need to use regular bath towels on the beach.
