And yes, never seems to be enough elevators at these places and they are so liked so always people there. But like you said they still are pretty quick and do a pretty good job still. Emily, thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry about the construction noise from the unit above during your stay. Because all condos in the building are individually owned, remodeling schedules aren’t always communicated building-wide, so it’s not always possible to know in advance. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the condo itself and would consider returning. Renovations are not typical, but during the slower months they do occasionally happen. Yes, cleaners are definitely pushed to get things done on busiest day of the week to get people in. But we will address this with the cleaners. Wish you the best and love to have you back!

Hi Crissy, Glad you enjoyed the condo. We appreciate the feedback about things you'd enjoy to see in the condo such as the TV's in the bedroom and thicker curtains in the master bedroom. The owner works hard to keep the condo updated and an enjoyable environment for their guests, so I'm certain they'll definitely take this into consideration. Sorry to hear about your experience with Regency's staff. I checked into why they wouldn't let you park two vehicles and what I was told is if you have a dually truck, a boat, trailer of some sort, or perhaps on a holiday week, they ask guests to park those things across the street and permit only one car. Nikki - thank you for coming and staying. I will definitely address the cleaning issues with my cleaners because that is not acceptable and can be controlled. The other things you mentioned I wish it was something we had control over, but are rules the condominium complex has in place for peoples' safety. I know not always do they make much sense or that we would agree with them, wish we had some control over those. Wish you the best!

Sarah I'm sorry to see this review and find it an unfair review. When you left the condo it was a total mess and required extensive cleaning and work. As a result we had to deduct a little extra for cleaning and you got upset retaliated with leaving what I feel to be an unfair review. I'm sorry you felt you need to leave this review especially after helping you several times throughout your stay. I wish you the best in the future. Best regards!

We apologize for the things that weren't prepared the best for you. Definitely, not acceptable and wish we could have got cleaners back out there sooner than the few hours later that they came back out to address these issues. Unfortunately, the items regarding the tiki bar and other items at the condominium we don't have much control over these but can definitely let the condominium know about your experience. I know you mentioned you may not come back again but if changed your mind would love for you to give us another opportunity. I can assure you we definitely strive to have a great place to stay.
