Newly renovated cottage 5 minute drive to several beaches. Great location!

Newly renovated 3 bedroom home with a lower level sectional and lots of space for children to play. New kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Our home is located 5 minutes from Greenhill beach, Charlestown Beach and Breachway beach. Also close to Narragansett and Matunuck beaches. The quaint little area has so much to offer, a hometown bakery, deli, restaurants, playground, walking trails, kayaking, farm with animals children can feed and more. The area doesn't disappoint.

Beautiful home that is well maintained. Wonderful location that is near the beach. Some of the local stores are closed over the winter season, but there were still plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby.

Our stay was awesome. Communication with host was wonderful. House was stocked with beach chairs, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. We had dinner every night on the deck and the surroundings were beautiful. I will definitely look into this property again when I decide to vacation to Rhode Island.

Clean remodeled home!

Lovely home. Very clean!! Only negative- Close to cell tower(?) just behind house. close to everything. Excellent communication with hosts! Nice stay!!

Great property for a young family

This property was welcoming, clean, and perfect for our family of 5! Great yard area with grill and firepit , and a finished basement stocked with toys for little ones on rainy days. Quick drive to many local beaches. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with! Would recommend.

You will not be disappointed!

Such a great, cute house and in a perfect location! I rented this house for some family to stay for a weekend wedding. They were so happy and felt right at home. Will definitely rent from Lisa again.

Great Mother/Daughter Getaway

My sisters-in-law and our daughters had our annual getaway at this beautiful home. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Easy access to local vineyards and the beach. Would definitely go back again.

Great base for South RI Beaches

Clean, modern property with comfortable beds, good amenities and excellent location. Communications with owner were cordial with prompt responses to all questions. Property is midway between Kingston beaches and Westerly - very convenient. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
