This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation home is located on the upper level of an oceanfront duplex, offering stunning views and an inviting island lifestyle. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, The Retreat provides a serene escape with beautiful ocean vistas from both the open living room and the cozy queen bedroom.

The bright and open living area provides a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The open layout seamlessly connects to the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach even while indoors.

The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing meals while taking in the ocean view.

Bedroom:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with a view of the ocean, providing a peaceful retreat for restful nights and beautiful morning sunrises.

Beach view is unbeatable and located at a surfing break. Small, clean. Perfect for 1 or 2 people prioritizing view and direct beach access. Located at a quieter end of Folly, which was perfect. Downstairs apartment shares stairway, parking and beach access. Easy to navigate it all. Will be back!

Disappointed to have mildew on throw pillows, bath tub stopper and refrigerator door seal on hinge side. Rust on exterior and interior of freezer and fridge, not very appetizing or appealing.Loose weather stripping on patio door needs attention.Bed was comfortable, if quite noisy when shifting sleeping position.Excellent location, worthy of the price, however the mildew, rust and weather stripping detracted from the overall experience. The price suggests there would be better attention paid to the details.Beach view and parking were very convenient.

We loved everything about our stay! The location is perfect because the beach is more private and is only a quick bike ride to the pier and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable.

great view with easy beach access and an outdoor shower. Parking was very tight the first night, as the unit below us had 2 cars parked in an area probably best served by two cars. Host was very communicative and checkin/out was very easy. Cleaning staff was very on top of their checkout time. They were waiting on the staircase about 15-20 minutes before we needed to be out of the unit. That said, everything was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. You are off the main drag by over a mile so it was very peaceful!

Dolphin's Landing, brilliant location

Our stay was wonderful. Had some tv and internet issues but we overlooked that. We didn't miss it because the weather was great.

the property was far enough away from the town part of the beach to give us privacy but close enough to be convenient for shopping and eating

Extremely run down and grimy. Smelled terrible as soon as we walked in. Very rund down. Stains and holes all over the walls. Kitchen cabinets and appliances very run down. Windows barely functional. Bathroom is very small and smelly and run down. Would absolutely not rent ever again for any price.

The location is a 10, it's at the end of a dead-end road right on the beach. The deck is great 20 feet from the beach. The condo itself is in dis repair, the stairs going up to the door seems to be unsafe and in need of replacement. The unit was clean but is need of a total renovation, the stove does not work, the fridge is rusty both inside and out and the bathroom might be the smallest one I have ever seen. The worst part about our stay was the bed, it's a queen bed that was just terrible for two people to sleep on. We did not get much sleep on it as it was just horrible. We love Folly and try to get there every year, this was our second stay at this condo just because of the location. Unless this condo is updated, we will not be staying again!

location and doors/windows/deck looking at ocean were 5 starswould have liked motion detector lights on steps; some parts of railing on steps are loose and not super safe. problem with securing french door to deck. loved it overall

A perfect couples getaway on Folly.

We loved the our time. The view is perfect and parking is easy. The house was clean. If you are a young couple looking for a getaway this is the perfect place.

Quiet place on the beach

Small beach front condo. Very quiet and comfortable for 2 people. The only complaint would be that there was only one thin blanket on the bed. Loved the location and the view. Will stay again.
