Bright & Sunny Private Retreat! Renovated mid century home with private outdoor living featuring inground pool and separate hot tub. Patio has casual seating, as well as outdoor dining for 6 and a Weber gas grill.
Inside features vaulted ceiling, open floor plan, a new kitchen with quartzite counters and high end appliances. Dining table seats 6 and a casual breakfast bar to seat 5. Kitchen equipped with Nespresso, Keurig, French press coffeepot. electric tea kettle, toaster oven and microwave.
Primary bedroom includes California king bed, large smart TV, private bathroom with shower plus private French door entry for access to
patio, pool and hot tub.. Two other bedrooms both feature queen beds. The main bath has tub-shower combo. Detached casita has queen bed and desk area.
Clean linens and kitchen essentials provided. There's everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.
Hot Tub heat is included. =0ptionsal pool heat is available January -.March for $100. per day, April to September pool heat is 50. per day for the entire rental period at 85 degrees. Notification of option to be made 1 week in advance for your comfort and set up.

My husband and I are so glad to share our Santa Barbara home. I grew up coming to Santa Barbara visiting my family. This is a dream we have had to have a place to share with my family and now with guests. Our primary home is in Portland Oregon area.
