The apartment was clean and cozy. my husband was able to heal in peace and comfort after a major surgery. the host was accommodating to request i had and was responsive immediately. i look forward to staying at this property again.

1714 Fairview @ KingBedsOnly is the best in Houston

Awesome property. My dog and I enjoyed the superb location. Cherryhurst park just two blocks away. Close to everything. Covered off street parking and excellent host communication are huge perks to this apartment. Highly recommend.

Great Location/ Great Host

I travel a lot for work, about 70% of the time, so I value a smooth checking and dependability. The check in and the whole experience was great and generally easy! The unit was clean, and had everything that I needed. I love the location.. and the other guests in the other units nearby were all very chill. 10/10 would recommend.

Hey there! I'm Jake Herzig, originally an from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, I made the big move to Houston in 2012. I got my start at Oklahoma State University, Finance 2009, and went on to earn an MBA from Rice University in 2016. While I was at Rice, I really got into Entrepreneurship and Small Business Acquisition, which kick-started my own project, KingBedsOnly. It's pretty much where my love for crunching numbers met my entrepreneurial spirit head-on.

My philosophy is one of balance—dedicating myself to hard work while equally embracing the joys of life. I lead an active lifestyle and cherish the opportunity to meet new people and explore diverse cultures. Hosting has not only enabled me to connect with individuals from all walks of life but also to build a foundation for passive income.
