Paradise All the Way!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The place was everything and more it was advertised to be! From the beautiful oceanfront view to the spacious and very modern interior, everything was just perfect!I I watch a lot of television and the channel selections were great! The pool and pool area were very clean! There was a beautiful easy access walkway to the beach. We felt safe and secure as the condo was very well lit at night! The kitchen was well equipped with very nice new appliances. The beds were very comfortable and having three bathrooms was great! We are hoping to return again next year! It was fabulous! Weather was great! Beach was beautiful! Location was perfect!

Everything was great! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! Great place if you have kids between the pool and the ocean. The condo was clean and had about everything you needed.

Nice place and location

The condo was just as described. Amazing view from the balcony. Very clean. Great location. Would stay again BUT there was a repaired wall in one bathroom that was not painted when we got there. When we got back to the condo one afternoon the wall had been painted. We were never notified that someone would be coming into the condo which I thought was totally inappropriate. I feel that someone should have notified us that there would be someone entering the condo we were occupying. I contacted both VRBO and the management company asking why this happened and no one ever responded to my email. Very disappointing and from that point we had concerns of people coming in without us knowing. We wish Simeon would have just acknowledged and apologized for the lack of communication but nothing.

Breathtaking Views and Quiet

Perfect location in N Myrtle Beach!

Excellent location, easy to get the beach (use Level 1 off the elevator), and great neighbors! This property was perfect.

From the family room to the master bedroom all had beachfront views, I loved the oversize beach chairs. All the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. I will stay there again. Thank you

Super place to play

This place was great. The condo was clean and ready on time and furniture was in good shape. The view and balcony is amazing. Definitely a place we will try to stay at again. My only complaints is having to work through VRBO and a property manager both when booking which meant 2 logins, 2 passwords, 2 apps, etc.

Small quiet condo resort

Good condo for girls weekend with the 2 1/2 baths. Nice to have box fan for those that are warmer natured, but ac worked well. Good beach front area. Liked the keyless entry.

Atlantic Dunes, NMB

Enjoyed our stay. We only found one extra blanket, recommend at least one per bedroom. Both bathtubs are very slippery with defined slope and the tub is tall, making step-in and out a little tricky. We experienced one fall. Floors could use a deep cleaning and sanitizing. Given the important significance and financial responsibility placed on parking passes, it may be beneficial and helpful for both owners, renters and management to laminate the passes and make them where they actually will stay in place when hanging from vehicle mirrors. Beach breezes blows them off easily. Too many remote controls and some not working, instructions would be helpful, as would TV channel guide. Dishyis extremely loud. Lighting throughout condo should be better. Light out over kitchen bar. One 60 watt light bulb in one bedroom clearly not enough, light fixtures need updating from yellow lighting to white. Ceiling fans would be a great perk.
