Only 8 minutes from downtown Dahlonega square, close to the 17 wineries, fine dining, shopping, hiking, and UNG. Only 16 minutes to the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville. Easy access road, wrap around driveway, large decks and screened porch surrounded by the woods. Smart TV, Wifi, comfortable beds with cozy places to relax and entertain. New in 2025, Hot Tub, Bed Swing, Dog Park!
The space:
This cozy cabin in the woods has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a tiled walk in shower in the full bathroom. The kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious family meal. The kitchen is open to the spacious living room with smart TV. Turn the breakfast into your home office with reliable high speed internet. Or, get away from tech and back to nature as you sit in rocking chairs on the quiet screened porch with nothing in sight but trees and wildlife.

All surfaces are thoroughly wiped and disinfected between guests stays so you can be assured you are safe.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire house which includes two bedrooms, bath, washer, dryer, and kitchen that opens to the living room. Outside features a new wraparound deck and screened porch.

The cabin was very clean and the host was very communicative and friendly. The hot tub was spotless and a warm treat! It was actually really perfect for my parents, especially since it was pet-friendly.

Such a cute house! Loved the screened in porch as well as the hot tub and swing! The fenced in yard is perfect for the pups! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would absolutely come back. The location is fantastic—just a short drive to downtown Dahlonega, wineries, hiking, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and secluded in the woods.The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the screened porch was a perfect place to relax, and the new hot tub was incredible after a day of exploring. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip.One thing worth noting, as mentioned in the listing, is that cell service is limited, so we needed to use the Wi-Fi to make calls. The Wi-Fi worked well, and Wi-Fi calling made it easy to stay connected.The only minor issue we encountered was that the front door sticks a bit and needs a firm shove to open, but once we figured that out, it wasn't a problem.Overall, this is a great cabin in a beautiful setting with thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing North Georgia getaway.

Cozy Mtn Home

Cozy two bed one bath mountain home perfect for all the to dos around Dahlonega. Check in and out process was simple and easy, and the house was great for my wife and I on a weekend getaway.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Great home and location!

Super clean and super comfortable! Really loved the back porch - rocking chairs and quiet except for listening to the birds! Very easy check in and out and host is very responsive! Great location too!

Great time!

The property was perfect for a couple to stay at. Right down the road is Accent Cellars, the perfect way to start a wine country tour. Staying there, you are in the woods listening to the birds for morning coffee, and close enough to all sorts of trails to hike after breakfast.

Great place!

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and really done up nice! Carl was great and always responded quickly (though I didn’t really have to reach out because all info was provided before hand and all necessities were provided!)

Quaint Little Cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this quaint little cottage in the woods. Very Clean, fun little Sasquatch in the woods ( got a fun scare from this ..lol) and great location. Totally recommend for a cozy long weekend with your girls!

Cozy Delight

We enjoyed our stay, very clean and was conveniently located for the things we had planned. Screened porch was a plus, we watched whitetail deer meander through the grounds. We will add to our list for a return in the fall.

Trees

If you love trees like I do you will love this place. When you sit on the back porch you feel like you are right in with the trees because you are! Really beautiful. Cabin is clean and nice too. It is very close to the downtown square which is nice.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This house was the perfect getaway! I loved the screened in porch with the woodsy and very quiet setting. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Also, the house is very close to the cute town Dahlonega. This was a perfect vacation, just what I needed. Thank you so much!!

Lovely home

The home was just as described! Very convenient to downtown Dahlonega. Only issue was the house was 39 degrees inside when we arrived; the thermostat was off. house warmed up while we went to dinner.

Christmas in Dahlonega

Nicely renovated cottage within 10 minutes of the square. Very convenient to Accent Cellars, Foothill Grill, Hamilton Meat Market, and Hickory Prime BBQ. The owner was very responsive and thoughtfully provided a few snacks and coffee. We would enjoy returning to fully utilize the wonderful screen porch and decks.

Gold Dust Delight

My husband and I just spent 8 of the most relaxing days in this delightful cottage. Our every need was thoughtfully taken care of. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the cottage as well as its location. We had all the privacy we desired but were only a few minutes from Dahlonega. The host was easy to connect with. The property was a getaway all by itself. The kitchen was stocked with everything to make full on meals for my family. The host even provided a small Christmas tree and Christmas decor. I am super thankful for that as it is our first Christmas away from all our family since moving to Georgia. It meant a lot to us. Everything from Helen, Georgia to Amicalola State Park and Dahlonega Square is so close by. It was nice little getaway. It is also pet friendly of which my pet was a little too rambunctious and ended up messing up the blinds in one of the rooms when my family and I was out. For that, I am so sorry to whom ever gets the cabin after us. But over all it’s a very delightful place to stay and centrally located to so many family friendly things to do. Thank you Carl!!!
