This property was perfect for our family. We had six people and there was plenty of space. It was just a short walk to the beach and all of the shops at Coligny. The pool was very nice. The host was very responsive throughout the process but we really didn’t need her once we arrived.

We needed a place to stay as we were coming to visit some friends in Hilton Head. This turned out to be a really great place! New renovations with some of the bathrooms and the bedrooms were nice and clean communication with the manager was prompt and fast and she took care of any questions and concerns we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location! Very walkable area. Access to the pool. About a mile from the beach and even less to a shopping strip with restaurants. Great for a girls weekend! This rental does have a lot of stairs. It's 3 levels and the third level smelled like smoke. Well-stocked and could easily host a larger group.

Bedrooms and baths were nicely updated. However , kitchen could use some updates . The front porch could use some cleaning and door repainted . It was a great location , close to shopping .

Nice place, clean and quiet. Bathrooms and bedrooms updated; kitchen very small but well supplied. Biggest issue: furniture in TV room insufficient and uncomfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and some of us had to sit at dining room table to watch TV.

Hidden Gem

What a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect (can walk to Coligny and Beach.) The complex has a nice private pool that can only be accessed through the condos. The owner was very accommodating and answered all my emails quickly.

Great place

Our family stayed here 2 nights & it was great! We love this location near coligny. Condo was clean, beds comfortable & bathrooms updated. Condo had all necessaries we needed. Kitchen was small & little dated but suited our purpose. Great outdoor patio & close to pool. Host responded very quickly to question. Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently Located

My husband and I stayed at this villa for 3 months February – April and had our family visit for a week in early April. We found it to be a good location for exploring the island on our bikes, cycling the many trails and the expanse of stunning beaches. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to a grocery store and a selection of restaurants. The kids enjoyed the huge adventure park just a short walk away. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the second and third floors have been tastefully and very comfortably renovated making it great for a family or couples. The main floor and front entrance could use a facelift with more comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen is dated and small but is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The A/C and heating worked well. Yelizaveta is quick to respond and resolve any concerns ... good to know that garbage collection is twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday.

This place is super spacious and centrally located within walking distance to everything! Some reviewers mentioned the kitchen being older but we used it everyday with no issues. We had a great stay!

The location of this property was awesome! The unit however, needed a few more accommodations, such as upgrades to beach chairs. The sliding back door was loud and hard to manage, the TV’s did not work, my son had to stream on large TV, TV in front room on 2nd floor all snowy, no connection, TV on 3rd floor spoke in Spanish only. Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, could had been restocked to accommodate for five days, as opposed to two days. Grill outside needs to be cleaned, upgraded as the grills rack was all rusted and could not use.

Very conveniently located with lots of space!

This is a perfect rental for the beach. Very close to beach access and lots of shops, but still quiet. Lots of space and all the necessities.
