Myself and my young family had a fantastic two weeks at the villa. We were mainly out exploring Disney and universal but it was very relaxing to come back and take a dip in the pool and unwind in the games room.The villa was bigger than we expected and we could have easily fitted 4 more people and had plenty of space. The kids loved their room and were upset to leave. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The villa is clean, quiet and accessible. The host is genuine. There are plenty of towels and my truest love here besides the pool, is/was that everything is labeled! We have stayed at several VRBO properties and I’ve always said, “Boy, I wish the switches were labeled!!!” Kris and family have it all mapped out for you. We enjoyed our stay in a very quiet villa.

A wonderful stay all around. Stayed here for 7 weeks and everything was perfect. House was very clean and comfortable to live in. Location is very good to get to the I-4 and is close to a lot of food spots and shops. Kris was very friendly and easy to communicate with and made the stay very easy.

My little family of 3 drove from NY to Florida for the week in order to attend my daughter's dance competition. We dont like doing the hotel route because its always so expensive for the 3 of us to live in 1 room for a week,we like to have our own space and this house did just that. From the minute I booked the home for 8 nights, the owner has been in constant contact with me throughout the booking process, instructions on entering the home and just checking in with me during the week to make sure I didn't have any problems. I sent Kris a message asking to program the lights for the pool to come on so my daughter can night swim and within minutes I received and answer back and pool lights were on. The house is beautiful, spacious and most of all very clean. It was about a half hour drive to get to all the main parks which is perfect to be out of the busy Disney crowds/traffic and be in a quiet beautiful neighborhood to relax by your own private pool and not have to share the community pool at the resorts. We usually rent a home each year in whatever state the competition take us and this home by far is my favorite! Between the game room with all sorts of activities(pool, darts, air hockey and playstations etc.)for the kids, the spacious rooms, the convience of a washer and dryer and even a tablet that has the wait times for the rides at each park that updates automatically, I would recommend this home to anyone and will definitely be booking again im the future.

Kris was easy to communicate with. The house was everything we needed. The pool took longer to warm up than I had hoped but that wasn't his fault. Crazy weather. Once it did it was heaven.

Pool was wonderful, pool toys and plenty of seating around the pool. Inside was clean and enough room for 2 families to stay comfortably. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area. Owner communicated with us and made check in and check out process seem less.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. Kris was great - kept us well informed and if we faced any problems sorted very quickly. Lovely host - one of the best which we have had. Villa is in a great location and neighbourhood is lovely. Neighbours seemed friendly.

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.
