St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Our stay was amazing! It was comfortable and very clean. Had everything we needed and then some. We were close to everything so, it made our stay even better to enjoy. Id recommend this area to anyone with kids especially. It makes moving around a breeze.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second year in a row in the same condo. We will definitely be staying there again if available next year. The property was clean as well as the room we were at. The host communicated with us very well. This condo is family friendly. The private walkway to the beach was perfect.

There was cobwebs in the hall, shower curtains had mold in both bathrooms, no wash cloths in main bathroom, no placemats on table, so you couldn't eat anything hot at the table, lint catch was broken, so there was lots of lint and sand in dryer vent which is a fire hazard, pool was in the middle of parking lot and too small to enjoy, no beach towels, no beach chairs, all views were of parking lot so you had to keep curtains drawn, heard the toddler upstairs running and jumping. This place would be good for a quick place to stay for a weekend.

The condo was ok. Great location! Parking etc!! The challenges? Dried urine caked on lower base of toilet in main bathroom Shower not working nor hooked up on main bathroom. Loose electrical outlets throughout condo front door difficult to lock really needs to be replaced. The lock not door. Sliding glass doors filthy and mouldy looks like they need deep cleaning or replaced. Amenities lacking AC excellent. Sent management notices.

Cute villa/condo!

My family and I had a great visit & the walk wasn’t too bad to the beach! A lot of restaurants and stores were within 3 miles :)! Just wish the weather had been better for us.

Great Condo

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's perfect for a small family. There's only one small couch in the living area so that might not be suitable for larger families. The swimming pool is very small as well. Other than that, this condo is perfect.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay The place was very clean and well maintained. The dishsoap and other produxts left for our use were very helpful. The last night i saw one coackroach (so big it scared me but thats florida) The pool was great and eaay access to the beach. Would definitely stay again

Vacation Getaway

Upon entering the property, we were happy to find it clean and ready for us. The distance from the room to the beach was falsely advertised and was a much longer walk than we expected, plus it was difficult to find because it wasnt clearly marked and the small road we had to walk on to get to the private gate was busy with another apartment conplex traffic.

Fantastic Week!

We stayed here for 8 nights. It was very clean when we arrived. It was a very comfortable stay for all 5 of us (3 adults, 7 year old, and 3 year old), and we all felt very at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the little bit of cooking and eating in that we did. The parking lot flooded a bit when it rained. This didn’t necessarily bother us, but my husband had to move our vehicle each time in order for the rest of us to get in. We will book again for sure!!

Family trip

Villa was not clean flip flops, contact lenses empty bottles, kitchen counters sticky with crumbs, personal lotions and lubricants were left behind from previous guests when notified they said they’d report it to owner/manager we never heard back from anyone, clean up crew arrived on checkout date at 9:20 and asked whom else needed to come out and how much longer we would be, check out time was at 10am.

Nice location

The place is in a very nice location, walking distance to the beach and several stores. Unit 311 dishwasher door could not be open so we had to hand wash all dishes during the entire stay. Place wasn’t that clean, at least not to our expectations and needs more kitchen things. Hated having to deal with property sprinklers during check out.

This particular unit needs some sprucing up. Furniture and carpeting needs cleaning...no screen on door so unable to get fresh air. One of the twin beds was broke. Make sure to bring your own soap, only 1 tiny bar supplied. Location is good....pool nice.

Good price, just not peaceful

This place was in a great place for the price. The condo was clean. Unfortunately, the room had a bad odor, which maintenance sent over an ozone machine which helped a little. The master bath had no knob for the shower. The worst part was the neighbors upstairs were noisy all times of the night.

Satisfied but room for improvement.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room for the whole family. The only complaint was while there were strict HOA rules in place, they were not enforced. There was a group staying in the building adjacent to us that was constantly smoking weed on the balcony in plain sight and the smell just lingered. Quiet time was non existent. Between the people just sitting in their vehicles running all hours of the night and the wrestling match going on the floor above us, a good nights rest was hard to come by. Giving it an overall 4 stars and we intend to return but definitely not during a holiday weekend.
