Clean, spacious, but needs new furniture

The place was clean and very roomy. If anything needs improvement it would be the furniture. The sofa and chair need replacing. They are old and worn. The bunk beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very spacious.

Disappointed

This condo had a good bed and was clean. That is about the only think about the room that was good. The living room furniture was pathetic, and there was no cable or satellite tv as advertised. The property manager was attentive to the cable issue but couldn’t resolve. The property manager ,panhandle destinations, was also very responsive to all questions.

Great family Spring Break

Great for the price. Fun property. Impossible to keep clean while we were there with no broom or functioning vacuum. We called maintenance and housekeeping but no one ever came with a broom. The old mop handle came in handy for holding the dryer door closed. There were not enough sheets and covers for the bunk beds. Assuming this was all an oversight by housekeeping. All of that couldn’t ruin the great stay!! Great crowd of families in the building over spring break and friendly staff on the premises.

Nice property BUT

Overall Condo was nice BUT upon walking in noticed the curtain for balcony was partially down so we couldn't shut it so I called and supposedly maintenance was coming but never showed up so 6am when sunrise the while living room was bright. Nighttime fell and now we about to get in king bed and noticed there was a dip right in center if bed so we climbed in and we rolled right in the middle so i looked under bed and noticed they had more support legs laying on floor and the rest that was attached was slanted so we tried to sleep and at 3:45am the whole frame split in and the bed was broke so now our heads are l

Great kid friendly condo

If you have pre-teen through toddler aged children this is a great condo for you! Covered splash pad, swimming pools, lazy river and toddler play water area. So close to the beach! Great amenities and room was totally set up for kids and very accommodating.

Perfect Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended for an additional day. The weather was fabulous, the condo had everything we needed, and we were close to anything we needed from the grocery, pharmacy, and the pier. The children loved the bunk beds, and I enjoyed having a giant bath tub to myself!

You get what you pay for. I felt that this place was very dirty, no Response from property manager when called twice that both TV’s & garbage disposal wasn’t working. Trash behind the couch no extra sheets or blankets. Very sandy everywhere in room.

Great if you have small kids!

VRBO makes it easy and is always accurate. Unit was nice and clean, it was our 6th year in a row to that the grandkids so Splash. All good except the slow elevators. We rented 3 units. See you next year.

over a week stay in Panama City Beach

Our family had a great time at " Splash" the location was great with easy access to Panama city and of course it is on the fabulous Panama city beach. we had a minor problem which was corrected as soon as we notified the staff. Parking was free with easy access and the staff and security were very helpful.

Panama Beach 2016

A nicely furnished condo with a great view. Wonderful beach with soft sand shallow water. very easy reservation process working with nice and knowledgeable people.a man came to check condo 15 minutes after our arrival. Good location ,far end of beach.
