The Space:
Inside:
Our smartly designed unit has space for up to 5 guests. With a Queen bed in living room, 2 single beds in the hallway with privacy door, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, we can accommodate a blend of families and friends traveling together. Don't need the extra space? Our unit is perfect for couples looking to escape and enjoy the best of what Hilton Head has to offer. The bedroom and living room come with cable tv and our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for preparing meals at home!

Outside:
Step outside onto our balcony and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or adult beverage into the evening. Views of the ocean stretch out into the horizon. When not staying-in, the resort has many outdoor activities to enjoy. Cool off at the pool or beach or rent bikes and explore Hilton Head Island. Sports enthusiasts will have their selection of tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball all located on the property. Golf courses are a quick drive away as well! For your convenience, we provide beach chairs and accessories to help make your travel supplies minimal!

Guests will receive check-in instructions 48 hours before their stay.

Getting Around:
The resort has everything you need to never get in your car. But to get out and explore, we recommend having a car.

Other Things to Note:
There are no parties or events allowed.

Pets are NOT allowed per the resort pet policy. The resort does not support Emotional Support Animals and will fine the guest $250 per day if the resort policy is violated.

Parking for ONE car included in reservation. Additional car parking is $35 per car.

A pack n play can be provided upon request with advanced notice. Please let us know if you will need this for your stay.

2 of the beds are a bunk bed in the hallway with single beds. They are short (72") and may not be suitable for taller adults.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

There is a resort noise ordinance of 11:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
