Enjoy our new kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as new bathroom, doors, smooth ceilings, AC, and more. This first floor retreat offers a gated entry & elevators in a complex ideal for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat with easy access to all the amenities you could ever need.

The villa has a queen bed with a new mattress in the bedroom and built in bunk beds in the hall, which are perfect for children. Plus there is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the host was personable and very responsive to our questions. We really liked that the bedroom was in a closed off space from the door. All of the villas we stayed in previously, the bed was right by the door. We love staying in Seaside Villas and this condo did not disappoint!

It was extra clean! Kitchen, Bathroom, Sitting Area, etc, The only issue was the email I received from the host did not have the code to the gate to enter. However, when I called him, he did return my call immediately.

Great vacation place

We had such a great time at Hilton Head. The apartment is small but very clean and there is everything what you need. The beach is so close! And you can see ocean from the balcony.

Perfect Stay

The walk to the beach was perfect! Great spot for adults and potentially a small kid or two. The hallway was a little smelly but walking in the room was a major relief because it was totally clean and maintained well

The condo was perfect for just my fiance and me! Clean and great location. It is small but that was expected and very clear in the listing. It was very easy to find and great communication from the host. I would stay again.
